The Salesman I worked with was GREAT.

The Salesman I worked with was GREAT. Didn't have any problem communicating. As we communicated thru email. Then when the final numbers were discussed, a call was made to insure All was good. Note - this was an Out-of-Town purchase. I live in VA.

Warming.

Warming. They have techs that hot rod your vehicle , I have dash cams. That caught one abusing my car. Will never go back Avoid if you value your vehicle.

Brandon. Typical. Scripted response. This activity from your mechanic. Is what I would expect from a Chevy dealer. And the tapes don’t lie. My car was in for. A seal replacement. Absolutely. No reason to take the car out of the lot and if you payed any attention. To the video. You can hear the supercharger kick in, the backfires from the vehicle being placed into dynamic mode . Please don’t candy coat this situation. All you’re doing is trying to cover yourselfs from having a bad mechanic. And you got caught. How many other vehicles are they taking on joyrides ? I would never step foot in that dealship again. And will make sure. Everyone I talk to knows the REAL situation.

Buyer beware. Spend your money elsewhere

These folks do not stand behind their vehicles or more importantly their customers. I attempted to trade in a vehicle I purchased from them 2 years ago as my vehicle needs changed. I obtained a trade in value $7,000 more than what they were offering........ from a Nissan dealership. I got every reason why they could not go up in the offer but see similar cars on their lot for significantly more money. My experience with them is precisely why people hate dealing with some car dealerships. I left a voicemail message to speak with the Sales Manager and never received a return phone call. I will never buy a vehicle from these folks since they do not stand behind the vehicles they sell or their customers.

Painless transaction and quality sales people

Smooth, quick and fair deal. No BS sales tactics. Bob Guckert (sales) & Kabby (sales mngr) were great to work with. Not one complaint. Most of our deal was done over the phone and by the time we got to the dealership, the car was already out front and warmed up for our test drive
