Bad engine

All I can say is I should have kept my trade because now I not only have a car with a. Bad engine I can't drive to Hastings to take care of my 87 year old mother. The 2011 traverse I bought looks nice but has so many problems it's not safe to drive. It didn't even have the right battery in it. Come on dealership that's not safe

Team One Chevrolet

Our salesman Nathon was very professional and helped us in buying our Chevrolet pickup at Team One in Charlotte Michigan. I would do business with him again. Team One body shop took care of the scratch on the fender. They did great work.

Fantastic service

Went in just to look and in under 2 hours I purchased my first ever 2020 equinox model,I have always bought used and never same year but after this experience never again,and will stick with this dealership, amazing team,great experience.

Fixing headlight

I bought my acadia used and when I purchased it I asked about the water in the headlight. At that time the salesman stated it would go away. It did not go away. I took it back in and Team One fixed it and did not charge me. If I had to pay for it the cost would have been about $1500.00. I am glad they listened when I stated that I had asked about this problem the date of purchase.

Chevy HHR repair

As always, I am greeted by very knowledgable and friendly cutsomer representatives who always take the time to listen and address my specific concerns about my car. I am given a courtesy call to inform me of the issues identified after the mechanic does his investigation. I am then quoted a price that I can either accept and or change the amount of repairs that need none. As I recall, I always receive a little discount on the cost of my repairs which always helps the finaicial damages. I really trust what I am told by the customer repairmen and never feel that I am being taken advantage of. We have worked with Eric Carpenter for many years and has always felt that we have been treated like the Royals!

Team One outlined the service my car needed and made the repairs promptly, same day. There was quite a lot of work to be done, too.
