    Our sales person was Evan McMullen. The customer service he provided was above and beyond what we have experienced at other dealerships. He made the entire car buying process simple and pleasant. There was no pressure or hassle. We live out of state and are very happy we made the drive to Liberty Ford! We will be back!

    Totally worthless! Zero respect!!!! Boy.., has this place changed dramatically!!! I did not feel at all appreciated for my appointment! I guess the name has changed a few folks. For those of you that are still at Liberty Ford I feel bad for you honestly. For the good folks left, best of luck to you....... but my experience was horrible!!!!!¿¿¿¿

    Had been looking for a Transit Connect van. Stopped in and talked to Evan McMullan and he showed me a new one to look at the features. The one used one they had was being sold. We looked at on line inventory from other stores and didnt find any available. Evan called a couple of days later to say he found one I might like and could get it to Canton to look at. I looked at it and bought it. Im quite happy with the vehicle and was also happy for the service provided by Evan.

    Found the car I wanted on their website. They called me and said its available and asked for a deposit. Gave them a deposit! Promised me it's MINE! Then they send me a text four hours later and said they just sold it to someone else . This dealership is a joke!

    I used this establishment for oil change. I have since decided not to return since I didn't want to hear about the staff ordering Chinese food for a co-worker or the feeling that servicing my car was a distraction to their day. I don't like the idea of sitting in my car outside waiting in line for an oil change. When I brought my car in because I thought there was a problem with one of my tires. First it was established that the tire had a nail in it. The service attendant wanted to know if I wanted it fixed. Really, no I want to drive around with a nail in the tire. Two and half hours later I was told that my car was ready and when I asked what the problem was since it was taking so long no one got back to me. The price of the oil change is no different than other places, not a reason for poor customer service.

    Had a awesome 1st time experience at downtown fords quick lube a few weeks back! You can't beat the price and wait time! Chad Bowling that manages the quick lube is a great guy, asked one of the techs about a slight transmission hum on my f150 while in park, the tech had Chad come over to review my question and concern and setup a service date that was perfect for me! Had this all done in about 10-15 minutes! Great job downtown ford and great employees!

    Called and made sure vehicle was available before going to see it. Christina Barbato had the vehicle pulled inside and was waiting for my arrival. I drove the vehicle and liked it. Called back 2 days later and bought the vehicle. Everything I had concerns about on the vehicle Christina took care of and I really appreciate all her help. Everyone at the dealer ship was very friendly and help full. I feel like they are family. Very welcoming. Dealer ship is clean and they make oil changes easy. I was totally satisifed with this dealer.
