    I am reviewing my comment on July 2nd 2016, you can read below. the original post. On July 5, the Sales Manager Jaime Garcia, reached out to me to offer me clarification on the original maintenance package after I posted reviews and sent him an email with the legal documentation to back up my claim. In a nutshell: there was an internal gap of information about my maintenance package. The sales department, under Jaime's supervision, agreed to provide me a prorated refund for the maintenance of both vehicles that I have in lease with Chapman. Jaime also reimbursed me for the out of contract oil change I got with another dealership. I think that their customer service attitude was committed to quality and satisfaction even there was an initial gap in communication between their sales and finance departments and the paperwork was subject to different interpretations for the legal lingua employed by the dealership. At the end, I am satisfied with the lease deal and customer service because Chapman Honda was able to work with the client to guarantee his business. Thank you, Jaime, for your commitment to excellence. Looking forward to doing business with you again after my leases are up. Please pass this message to your upper management as a token of customer appreciation. Original Post on July 2nd 2016 I have 2 CRV 2015 on a lease. At the time of closing the deal they charged me with my consent 249 dls per vehicle over 36 months for a maintenance plan that was described by the seller as valid nationwide. It turns out to be valid only at Tucson Chapman Honda. I no longer live in Tuscon. I am requesting a proportionate refund of the money and the complete cancellation of their maintenance plan. Not okay Honda Chapman to promise a service and do not honoring your world.

    I have 2 CRV 2015 on a lease. At the time of closing the deal they charged me with my consent 249 dls per vehicle over 36 months for a maintenance plan that was described by the seller as valid nationwide. It turns out to be valid only at Tucson Chapman Honda. I no longer live in Tuscon. I am requesting a proportionate refund of the money and the complete cancellation of their maintenance plan. Not okay Honda Chapman to promise a service and do not honoring your world.

    It was very nice to visit Chapman Honda in Tucson for my first new Honda sedan. After visiting the AutoNation Honda dealer in Tucson Auto mall with mixed feelings, we decided to go to Chapman Honda on 22nd St. We have been familiar with Toyota and its employees since 1988, so I expected some aggressive salesmen who kept writing “you win” with the OTD amount that we did not like on the offer paper. After sending a request for a new car online, Tom Reesing replied back in just minutes to give us a very attractive quote that played a very important role in purchasing our new car. No pressure to buy a new car from Chapman No pressure to buy any additional insurance, options... from Chapman We bought a new 2016 Honda Accord EX sport one day after we visited Chapman There were some issues during the transaction process but Tom and Luis solved it very quickly and professionally in a friendly manner that made us very happy. Believe me, next time when you want to buy a new Honda, go directly to Chapman Honda and see Tom or Luis. You will not be disappointed. Chapman Honda is a 5 star dealership. My next new car will most likely be another Honda at Chapman Honda Tucson.

    Overall i am satisfied with my 2016 Honda Odyssey EX purchase and would probably buy another vehicle from this dealer in the future. However, i wasn't completely satisfied with the lack of cleanliness of the interior upon taking delivery of the vehicle. The computer and audio screens were filthy. The left side of the dashboard had some sort of white marking that would not rub off and the back of the third row seats had some sort of black substance on them. I was told by the salesman that this black substance should rub off easily which it did. But this is not something that i should've had to do with the purchase of a brand new vehicle. Because the salesman treated me so nice and made my buying experience pleasant, i did not want to complain. However, I just wish that more care would have been given to delivering me a new car with a spotless interior.

    Horrible customer service. They sold me a car without suspension bolts, then wanted to charge me for the alignment that was damaged due to the suspension bolts missing. Sales person Eric Volbert, makes promises he cannot keep. Sales Manager Akram Dawass is a Bully. He becomes aggressive and can argue with you for hours then wants to hug you. He also makes promises he will not keep and ignores your calls and emails. General Manager, Neb Yonas will not return your calls or emails.

    I bought my first Honda in 1994 and my second one in 2010. I shopped around both times on line and in person at multiple dealerships, and both times ended up at Chapman Honda. This is a great dealership to go to for sales, parts, and service. I have had good experiences with all three of those departments over the 19 years that I've been going to them.
