I had an amazing experience with Jason Guisinger. He was very flexible and did a great job of helping me find what I wanted. At 8 months pregnant, shopping for a car is not ideal, but Jason did an excellent job of making it quick and easy while helping to entertain my 8 year old daughter. Thanks for the awesome experience and I'll be back when it is time to shop again! Amy

We came in not really sure we were going to trade. Ian and Justin walked us thru everything and did not pressure us in any way. They addressed all of our concerns. We came away leasing a 2017 Chevy Equinox and we love it.

Our vehicle has been serviced by Shottenkirk multiple times, we liked the idea of a Chevy certified dealer working on our vehicle so we would know that everything was done correctly and up to Chevy standards. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. First and foremost, the communication received from Shottenkirk left much to be desired. We were initially told that our cars issues were the result of the wrong coolant being put into our car. When we explained to them that they are the only people who have had/put fluids into our car the story changed. Now we were being told that there was not enough coolant protectant in the car, causing the fluid to freeze. It was only when they realized that our car is under a rebuilt title that they switched their story back to the wrong fluids were put into the vehicle. Upon inspection of the bill from our vehicle Shottenkirk promises that they will inspect the coolant level, and reservoir to make sure there are no cracks or leaks and to ensure the proper amount of coolant is in the tank. Our vehicle was last inspected by Shottenkirk at the end of September and we were now having coolant issues at the end of December/early January. When asked if they check the coolant every time the car is in the shop, they responded ???they are supposed to.??? After we addressed this issues with Shottenkirk, we were initially told that due to communication issues they would assist with our bill. We were then informed that because they had given us an estimate of the price they were no longer willing to negotiate even though the price we paid was over $300 more than the estimated price. We were told that our experience will be used as a learning experience for Shottenkirk, so they can try not to have these issues in the future. I urge you to reconsider taking your vehicle to Shottenkirk before you also get stuck with a bill of $1300 so they can learn a lesson in customer service.

Came in for service or repair
    Shottenkirk Chevrolet

I am very sorry you feel this way. When you brought in your vehicle it had a leaking coolant pump, you were provided an estimate and authorized the repairs. When you picked up the vehicle you asked about the possibility of General Motors helping with the repairs. We contacted General Motors about that but due to your vehicle having a Salvage Title, the warranty was voided by the manufacturer at that time and no assistance could be offered. We have explained this to you numerous times, and I am very sorry this is the case, but you told us you were aware that the vehicle had a salvage title as that is the way you purchased it. Likewise the reason we suggested the coolant flush was due to the age and mileage on the vehicle at the time of service. We do inspections whenever the vehicle is in for service and had the coolant pump been leaking earlier, it would have been brought to your attention at that time. It would have still been the same cost and likewise, the vehicle would have still had a salvage title at that time also. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to call me directly. Scott Cooper, Service Manager.
