Both my wife and I have reached out to the dealership

Both my wife and I have reached out to the dealership directly with their online form for customer service and no one has made contact with us. Our experience was not positive, as we have been long-term customers purchasing many vehicles. Our treatment of customer service was very disappointing and we still have not reached any management to discuss these issues. We always like to give businesses the opportunity to redeem themselves with a bad experience, but this is now been over one week with two online forms without response

Our experience was not positive, as we have been long-term customers purchasing many vehicles. Our treatment of customer service was very disappointing and we still have not reached any management to discuss these issues. Extremely disappointed in the 3% service charge applied

Extremely disappointed in the 3% service charge applied if using a credit card. No upfront notice before service was performed. No one carries a checkbook there days and no ATM to get cash means you have no choice but to pay the 3% service fee.
