    I bought my Bravada from them, it was very easy getting my financing approved, and Jason got my payment right where I needed it. The sunroof needed repaired when I bought my truck, and because it took a few extra days for the part to come in they let me drive one of their other vehicles while they fixed mine. They gave me a full tank of gas, and a couple weeks after I had my truck I noticed that one of my taillights was cracked (not sure if it was like that when I bought it or not), but I bought another taillight and took it back to the dealership and they changed it out for me and didn't charge me anything to do it! They made buying a vehicle a very pleasant experience! I will definitely purchase my next "new" car from them!

    I purchased a Volvo S 60 in February 2017 the salesman Clay Clay Carol was on his way out the door when I took delivery of the car . The service lights were illuminated which we discussed he said big blue motors would pay for the repair and the service I have taken the car to for auto repair shops at the recommendation of the dealership. All four confirmed the The car would have to be serviced by Volvo in the estimate from Barbour for the repair is $3700. The salesman has made commitments on behalf of the dealership that he cannot honor the owner has avoided me both in writing five dealership visits since purchase and numerous phone calls. During my last visit today the immature salesman Clay Carol threatened to call the police on me when I asked to see the owner. Contact me on Facebook

    I really needed a truck and I found them doing a Google search. I was able to purchase a very nice truck ,an 05 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT, that looks and runs great. John and the guys really helped me out with their guaranteed finance program. I highly recommend them.#GOBIGBLUE

    Thank you John! I was driving my 93 year old mother home from a doctor's appointment where she had had a painful procedure. On New Circle Road my Prius suddenly stopped running. I was able to pull onto the side of the road in front of Big Blue Auto. I ran inside and desperately asked for help and offered to pay. John would not accept any payment, but he did immediately get a vehichle and took us home (not too far away). He was so courtesous and kind to us. I would be happy to buy a car from someone as kind and helpful as he was. ( I .)to click that I was having my car repaired so I could submit the review

    I'm very pleased with the customer service I have received at Big Blue Auto, I was guided to the best options for me by David Ferretti, he was my sales consultant and he did a wonderful job. He ride with me a the beginning and the next day he even allowed me to take the Buick to my mechanic for an inspection. The SUV was in great condition and I'm happy to say that I'm signing my contract today. I indeed would highly recommend Big Blue Auto and to ask for David, he is the best: patience , professional and very nice person.

    I would never in my life refer anyone to this place. I have experienced the worst service possible. purchased a vehicle in December 2015 and 1 week later I started experiencing transmission issues that they knew about, but of course they're not going to tell you because they're all about the sell not the satisfaction of their customers. Per the warranty, in which they don't hold up their end, I had to pay 25% for parts and labor. I gave them $400 to have it fixed and that did not help the issue at all. They have sent me around the world to have it fixed and mind you it's February and the issue has yet to be rectified. They've told me that they are not putting anymore money into an issue that was their fault to begin with. I was laughed at twice when calling them and trying to express my frustration with the issue. So needless to say, I would never purchase a vehicle from them and I highly recommend anyone to stay away from this place. It's not worth the headache and frustration that you will experience.

    David was very knowledgeable about the buying process, including financing. No games, did not try to hide finance rates like other dealerships did. Knowledgeable about the vehicle, and did not try to sell us a bunch of nonsense about the car. Open to negotiation on the car, unlike some other dealerships. Overall very happy with the experience and David's straightforward honesty.

    I went Big Blue Auto having already been approved for car loan through my bank. When I approached the sales man and informed him what price range I was looking for and that I was already preapproved he acted as though my bank wasn't good enough. He proceeded to say that he could probably get a better rate; I informed him that I was not interested in getting my credit ran again and that I was satisfied with my loan. He then went and printed off every vehicle that was on there lot and told me to basically narrow down my price range on my own and walked off. I have never felt to disregarded at a place of business in all my life, like my money was not good enough. I wanted someone to tell me about the cars, point me in the direction of my interest. Not to send me out on a scavenger hunt and look through the window of locked cars. Needless to say we got in out vehicle and let and went on down the road and found a vehicle that we loved. POOR customer service!!!!

    Their salesman wasted my time as I had to drive 180 miles round trip for nothing. I saw a black 2005 convertable Solara on Cars.Com. It was the the color combination I was hoping to find. However, from the pictures, it appeared that the paint may have been a little dull and had scratchs in the clear coat. They were asking full retail price for the car, which I would have been willing to give if the car had been garage kept and was slick. I asked, the sales person, Morgan, about the paint and he stated, "the car is beautiful and is a 9 on a scale of 1-10". So I drove from Southern Indiana to Lexington. When I first saw the car, the dull and scratched finish that I thought I saw in the photos, was absolutely present. It also had several small dents in the front bumper. When I took it on a test drive, I discovered the car had a moderate shimmy. Since it had new tires, I could only conclude it had front end and/or suspenson issues. I asked Morgan if he had driven the car and he said he had. When I asked him about the shimmy, he said he was aware of it, but didn't think it was all that bad??? When I put the top up, I immediately noticed that it was heavily worn and was pulled away from the passenger side window about an inch. If it didn't leak now, it soon would. He stated that he already researched what a new top would cost to replace, which would be $650 plus installation. I asked if they were willing to replace the top at their asking price, and he said no way. So not only were they asking full retail for the vehicle, it was going to need an additional $1,000 plus to replace the top and no telling how much to fix the shimmy. I asked him why he didn't tell me about the top needing replacing when I called, saving me long drive. He said in his opinion, it didn't need replacing. When I asked if he didn't think it needed replacing, why would he have bothered to researched the cost of replacement ahead of time. He could not answer. The car was completely misrepresented to me on the phone, causing me to waste 3 hours of my time and gas. I would not visit this dealership again.
