    Dennis in service is great! My daughter was stranded in Lansing with transmission problems. I am from Pennsylvania and couldn't help. Dennis and the service department kept me informed while taking care of eveything, They got my daughter back on the road with courteous, outstanding service. They did a great job at a fair price, even completed a safety repair in the steering that we weren't aware of. Thank you . I can feel she is safe again.

    Bought a used Ford Edge over a week ago. Sales staff was friendly. Car is great, trade in process was fair. When car was delivered it was cleaned inside and out but when got in car to drive off the gas tank was near empty. I've purchased new and used cars at other dealers in area and each time the car was delivered with a fresh tank of gas and cleaned. Contacted used car manager by email day after purchase to discuss if this is typical but have not heard back from him yet. This left a sour taste in my mouth especially after the large purchase. Not sure I'll go back for another purchase or service on vehicle.

    After researching Ford Fusion prices online for a month I decided to go to Courtesy Ford in Okemos, Michigan. Courtesy Ford is almost two hours away from where I live but they have awesome prices so I risked the two hr drive. I get there and the dealership is so clean and everyone is very nice. Now here's the kicker I originally went for a 2014 Ford Fusion but ended up leaving with a 2017 instead. To say I was shocked was an understatement. Josh my salesman was great and so were the other staff. Everyone came to introduce themselves and offer beverages and snacks for my daughter and I. They really wanted to give me and good deal since I drove all the way from Ohio and they did!!! Go there people you won't be disappointed. Great job Josh and the rest of Courtesy Ford!!!

    I was looking to purchase a Ford Escape. Drove to a competitor first and looked at a 2013 Ford Escape Titanium with Power Sunroof, Nav the works. I spoke to a sales person at Courtesy. I won't say his name. He assured me that he had a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium with 15,000 less miles Power Sunroof 4x4 Nav and the works for only $1,000 more. The dealer I was at pulled up the vin and original invoice. The unit was not 4x4 and didn't have the Power Sunroof. This was the second time this dealership had been mistaken about cars they had on their lot. I had called earlier and was told that they had another escape that was 4x4. Even though the online description said FWD. I had to have the guy actually go to the car to make sure. When he came back to the phone he told me it was in fact a FWD. and not a 4x4....

    Thank you for your feedback Michael. I can see that the 2 vehicles you inquired about were 4x4. However when you were speaking to our sales consultant you were also given information about vehicles that were not yet online. We do not have our entire inventory listed on the web. It takes a little time to have the vehicles put through inspection and detailed. So it is quite possible that some confusion occurred. Please accept my apology for any inconvenience.

    I found the perfect Ford Fusion Titanium at Courtesy Ford. I called to set up a test drive that night. I worked until 4:30PM so I told them I could get there by 6:30PM. They said that wouldn't be a problem and would make sure the car was ready to go when I arrived. At 5:30PM (after I had already started driving there) I receive a call that someone called and placed a deposit on the vehicle and they would get 5 days to decide if they wanted it. This was very frustrating because either (a) I could have been notified earlier in the day a deposit was already placed on the car prior to me calling saving my time or (b) I could've been told that I could place a deposit on the vehicle because I gladly would have. To top it off I received a call letting me know the car had sold but a new Titanium was just acquired. Being at work I was unable to answer so I called on my break (an hour later) and had to leave a message asking for a call back as my sales associate was not at his desk. I wanted some info on this vehicle. Well two days have passed and nothing. Overall it was just a bad experience. My car search continues...
