My sales consultant, Roger Epps, was kind and very patient. I changed my mind several times on what I wanted to purchase, but he encouraged me to continue on until I found (or ordered) the vehicle I wanted. He did not pressure me into getting something I didn't want or need. I had many questions and if he didn't know the answer, he found someone who did. All of the staff that I came into contact with at Pauli Ford were very friendly and helpful. The showroom and offices were clean and orderly. We, my husband and I, were offered water or coffee, and my husband enjoyed the popcorn! I am extremely pleased with my new 2017 Explorer XLT. I would recommend Pauli Ford to family and friends. I called and talked to Dawn in the service department to have new tires placed, alignment, oil change/lube done on my F-150. Dawn did a great job finding the best deal on a price for my new tires, setting an appointment date and time and completing the work. I have never had a better experience with your service department over the years as I had this time due to Dawn's efforts.

Have purchased several cars and pkups from them, the last one for my Granddaughter and she has had some trouble with that car, they seem unable to get the problems fixed right so far.
