I very rarely take the initiative to leave a review, usually only when an experience was either extraordinarily positive or negative. In my dealings with... Audi of Lansing, it was most definitely the latter. After just a few days of purchasing a vehicle from them, I was getting error messages on the dashboard and I immediately contacted the service department. The vehicle was picked up, diagnosed, and it was determined that there was indeed a need for repair, and parts to ensure a safe ride. After completion, the service tech personally drove it and reached back out to tell me that there were more issues discovered. Keep in mind, I haven’t had the vehicle for more than a few days. It ended up being with the service department for over 50 days (which technically qualifies as a Lemon in MI). I spoke very honestly with the owner of the dealership as well as the managers, in letting them know that I was NOT comfortable taking possession of the vehicle considering the extent of work that was needed/completed. As a mother of 3, my children’s safety is my top priority. The responses that I received were beyond unprofessional and I left wishing that I never gave my business to them. I highly suggest that you DO NOT give your business to Audi of Lansing. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, literally anywhere else. I spoke with other Audi dealerships after the fact and described the situation with them. Without hesitation, every one of them were baffled at the course of action that was taken and agreed that their handling was not in alignment with Audi.
I found the vehicle over the weekend and called early Monday. I test drove and we agreed on the price very quickly. The used vehicle comes with a 6 month... warranty. The salesmen and manger were very good. Thanks, Willams Auto World.
Worked with Brad and would work with him anytime. Fast and friendly experience with no pressure to buy. The used vehicle I was purchasing was pulling... to the right and they performed an alignment. Afterwards it was still pulling and ask if they would rotate the tires, which they did. Pulled left, then. At least it was isolated to the tires and I appreciated Brad's patience and the service department for their speediness.
I felt as though I was a bother to the sales person. They provided no other cars as suggested alternatives, told me 4 others wanted the car and just wanted... to get rid of me.

I recently purchased a 2016 Audi A5 Cabriolet from Noah Timms at Williams Auto World and it was an excellent experience! This is the first used vehicle... I've purchased from a dealership and I was a bit reluctant, but was worries were put to rest after working with Noah. He was very friendly and professional, no high pressure sales tactics. I negotiated a fair price prior to visiting the dealership and it worked out perfectly! My car was ready within a few minutes of my arrival and I it was just as nice as the pictures displayed on the website. I couldn't be happier! The service we received was excellent,... we were able to get financing on site with ease and received a great rate. The car that I purchased was in excellent condition. I love my Audi R8!!!! I have had the best experience working with my sales person Paul Rawlins. I was involved in a car accident (not my fault) and my 2010 Forester was a total... loss. Paul was able to get me a new car in less than 2 weeks. I am a loyal customer of Williams Subaru, primarily because of how much I like working with Paul. I trust him and he knows exactly what I want from a sales consultation. In addition, the new dealership showroom is beautiful and the staff were all friendly and helpful. If you are interested in buying a Subaru, this is the place to start.
I tried to e-mail and contact the dealer many times , but I didn't get any answer. To me it seems there is no 2005 honda crv in their stock and the dealer... try to scam the buyers to sell different car.
We sincerely apologize for the bad experience you had when attempting to contact us regarding the 2005 Honda CRV. Unfortunately, things sometimes slip... through the cracks, and for that we apologize. Had you heard back from us, we would have explained that we do, in fact, have a 2005 CRV, but that it sold early in November and that it is parked out back, waiting to be picked up. Because the customer is out of the country and hasn't been able to come back to finalize the sale, it is still, technically, in our inventory, which still shows up on the Internet. We are guilty of failing to respond to you, for which we apologize. However, let us be clear, this is not a scam to sell other vehicles. It is a set of unusual circumstances, but absolutely not a scam. We will work to improve our system to make sure all clients are being responded to in a timely fashion.
This was my first time shopping for a Subaru and wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Their... inventory was almost non-existent, but according to the research we had done before going to the dealership, this is pretty common right now. The supply is low but the demand is high...which made us worry that they would be unwilling to negotiate. However, we were able to test drive what they had, and then place a deposit on a car that met our needs that is inbound to them in the next two weeks. We were able to quickly and easily come to an agreement on price. It looks like a new facility, everything was clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed the popcorn and drinks while we waited for our car to be appraised. All told, we would/will come here again for our future car needs.
