Deceptive Sales!

Deceptive Sales!!! $250 Holiday Gift Card Promotion... I went in last week to purchase a 2024 Genesis GV70. After test driving the vehicle, I asked the sales person (Kevin Thomas) to get me pricing on the vehicle, which he promptly did and returned with a deal sheet within a few minutes and I told him that I would call him by the end of the day to let him know if we had a deal or not. Later that afternoon, I called Kevin back to let him know that we had a deal and asked him to get the paperwork ready and I would come back the next day to sign after putting a $1,000 deposit down. When I arrived the next day to sign the paperwork, Kevin slid a piece of paper in front of me that stated I opted out of the $250 holiday gift card program. I told him that I still wanted the gift card, but he said they took that off the price of the car, but could add it back in if I truly wanted the gift card, which I declined. WHY WOULD I PAY FOR MY OWN GIFT CARD? I didn't try to haggle on the price of the car or negotiate a cheaper price at any point during the transaction and gave them exactly what they asked for. I should have just walked away from this deal and gone someplace else.

Great buying experience!

Great no pressure dealership to work with. The salesman are very knowledgeable on the cars the offer. Very helpful in getting the loan I needed. Would definitely buy from them again. Great dealership!
