    I purchased a new Ford Escape from Chris Onnen 6 months ago as an inexpensive reliable collage car for our daughter. Like any parent sending their kids... off to collage, every dollar counts. You also want a vehicle that you hope will be the last one you help them buy. I shopped around and determined what I was willing to give for this particular vehicle. I called Chris and was able to negotiate the deal I wanted on the phone. I came in the next day and was out of there in no time. Chris made the process easy and fast and understood that no one wants to spend all day in a dealership buying a car. The best part is that Chis knowingly gave me the best deal in 100 miles and we didn't spend more than ten minutes negotiating the price.

    Bought a car 12/18. After I thought I had made a deal, the salesman, Bill Turner added over $1900 to the cost of the vehicle without any discussion, approval... or even mentioning it. Sneaky!!. the finance guy hustled us through without going over each line of cost. I didn't catch it until 3 days later. After 6 weeks of calling, arguing, I got back around $1200. Avoid this place, it's like dealing with con men.

    We had a very pleasant experience in purchasing our vehicle from Bluebonnet Ford in New Braunfels. The salesman, Bill Turner, was excellent in providing... expert information that led to the purchase of our 2014 Expedition. We were very pleased with our entire experience at the dealership and would highly recommend this dealership.

    If you want a totally honest, highly qualified sales person who will shoot straight with you every time, go see Gerald Friesenhahn at Blue Bonnet Ford/Lincoln... Used Cars. I have bought 3 cars from him in the past few years and he is like part of our family. Wes Studdard who is the General Manager and part owner is equally superior in all respects. You won't regret working with these folks.

    Bill Farris is the service department took exceptionally good care of my F-150 truck again. He made sure the recall items were taken care of, the exterior... and interior sealants were completed and the oil changed, plus tires rotated. Other items were also completed that I had requested. The service is always outstanding.
