Stay away!! Several conversations back and forth with a salesman and then on our way to the dealership the first time, he states no one will be there at the time of our arrival not to come. so we turn around, offer a deposit on the vehicle which they decline and we then make arrangements for the following day with him stating he will hold it and not make any appointments for showing the vehicle prior to our arrival. That morning we begin to make our way up there again, and about 1 hr into the drive he messages that he had sold the vehicle, clearly all they care about is making a sale even at the cost of their own integrity. Very very poor business ethics and practice. I wouldn’t trust their word if I were you!!

Very professional and went out their way to make sure I got what I wanted. This is my first Range Rover and it is Awesome. I am very happy with my purchase and nothing drives like a Range Rover 😀

Good afternoon . I want to tell you my experience of buying a car at this dealership. When buying a car, I pointed out the car's shortcomings, to which I was given the answer that they would fix it! 1 . The bumper is set with a gap on one side, which indicates that it was most likely replaced. On the way home, my tire pressure light came on and the fog light fell out (this is the best after sales preparation, maestro bravo. I reported this to Ross, I was given an answer that they would do it the next time I come. I came one more time a week later, you won’t believe it, but they didn’t reset the sensor error, the interior light bulbs (8134030110) (this is the original Ross number, if you need it!!) of course didn’t come! They tried to fix my fog light, but alas, again failure, the fog light did not fixed and loose. Why is the tire sensor on? Ross's answer - we will do it next time along with the interior lamps (8134030110) (this is the original Ross number, if necessary). As a result of my trip, I received 2 M6 screws to secure the fender liner, and that's all .definitely worth the wait for a week) in the end!!! after 2 weeks Ross simply does not answer or pick up the phone! draw your own conclusion. Unfortunately, nothing was done that was promised in 3 weeks

6 months ago, today, I bought a truck from Chelmsford Street Auto Sales. As I'm approaching my first oil change, I believe the verdict is out on how everything has gone. The experience I had here was very good. Ross was very accommodating to me when I purchased the truck and he made things very easy for me. He took care of just about everything I needed and was very thorough on the test drive/vehicle walk through/paperwork process. This place is definitely not the stereotypical sleazy used car dealership, and the environment is very low pressure. The first week I had the truck, I had a few minor problems come up with it. However, they were very prompt to fix these issues for me immediately. So far, I have not had any problems since that initial speed bump. Other than that, the truck had been looked over pretty well by their shop and several wearable parts were replaced prior to me getting it. I paid a little more than I think I should have for the truck, but that being said, I did end up with a pretty good vehicle. This isn't a dealer where you go to buy an old beater car. If you're looking for a quality used vehicle, and want to be treated like a decent human being, I highly recommend this place.
