    I came for the 30,000 scheduled maintenance and had a 30,000 mile coupon for $99 I got from Ford The service specialist said the he was going to give me the 5K service and that it was better than the 30K service ??? I did not want to argue but accepted the offer. Is the 5K service the same as the 30K service? I don't know but it left with a feeling that somehow I did not get what I paid for Diego B.

    I bought a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible certified pre-owned on December 17th 2015 with 34180 miles on it. On January 18th the problems started. The car now has around 42000 miles on it. I have had to put four new tires on it 4 times it's been aligned. Has electrical problems the top is bad the back passenger window won't roll all the way up there's a bumping coming from the drive shaft. Recently found out by third-party Body Shop the car has been wrecked in the rear end. After several conversations with Mall of Georgia service manager Sterling Oliver and then talking to director of operations Joel Hall I was told by him I bought a used vehicle deal with it. I have owned several Ford throughout my life the most recent one I own for almost 16 years which was a Mustang convertible 01 that I got rid of when I bought this one and I have never had so much trouble out of a vehicle in my life I would give Mall of Georgia a rating on every question on this site asked zero Stars especially Joel how if this site would allow it but unfortunately to submit this review I have to give him a star think that customers need to beware of this dealership.

    My 2016 F-250 is always serviced at the Mall Of Georgia Ford. The service advisor, Marilyn Muir, is courteous and professional. My appointment are always honored, the technicians are competent, and keep my vehicle in top notch condition. I purchased my replacement tires here, and they matched the price of the discount tire dealers. This ford dealer is truly my "One Stop Shop."
