Very happy with the whole process.
Recently I found myself in dire need of a new (to me) car. I found one I liked at Beach Blvd Automotive and started the process of purchasing it. A huge shout out to Eric who walked me through the process every step of the way. I am partially disabled and he was so patient with me to take care of whatever I needed. The vehicle so far is exceeding my expectations. Eric, once again......thank you soooo much for all your help. God bless you and your family.
Run!!!!!!!!! Don't buy from there. Worst cars ever. I bought a Cadillac SRX in Aug. Paid in full with cash. Took them two months to give me my title and tag. A week after I got it I had to do an oil change ,plugs ,four sensors, replaced both taillights housing and all. Then the starter, then a week later the battery , two day later the alternator goes out. Paid way to much for this car to start with. And the front tire blew out on my husband as he was driving it. So wished I had read these reviews before I went there. All their cars are junk way overpriced and they are liars and crooks but God will take his revenge for me. Amen

I canceled the purchase of a yellow beetle due to engine
I canceled the purchase of a yellow beetle due to engine light coming on and air conditioning not work less then 24 hours after purchase. I was told about engine after signing papers. The salesman said I had to purchase the car before getting the repairs done. I stopped payment on loan check. I have not received my $3800 deposit yet. My bank is working on this. I will get an attorney if needed.
They are the WORST people ive ever done business with.
They are the WORST people ive ever done business with. They told me they could just come take my car back and keep my money. They threatened my family because I told them the car was a piece of junk. They said they would keep me from getting a license plate in my name. They wont even issue a letter showing they have the car for my insurance! All ILLEGAL
BUY A CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE
Do not buy anything from them!! The first day we brought the car the check engine light came on. They were closed by the time we got off from work. We call the next day and took the care in and was told we needed to buy premium gas and get a tune up. They reset the check engine light it came back on the same day. We put in premium gas and received a turn up the very next day. Light came back on we were told it was the Catalytic converter. Call Beach Blvd. Automotive to tell them light was back on they said it would take about 2 weeks before they could get us in. They said it was the Catalytic converter and we would have to pay 50% of the cost to fix. Then we made a payment and didn't pay attention to the receipt until we got home. Called back to try and get someone to explain the charges. After a week of no calls back, their system being down and Julie was not available. I was told by Maria that I would have to make an appointment with the Finance or General Manager for an explanation of their invoice. I told her it was a simple question needed to understand why the numbers were different. She was a little short with me and said she would call me back on Tuesday or Wednesday with appointment information today is Friday. How could the billing/collection/accounting people not know how to explain their invoice? They sell cars 7 days a week and you mean to tell me management is not there? I hope people will read this review and not get caught in this mess!!

I sent a request thru the website and then again via chat. Someone was supposed to contact me. I simply wanted to know the actual mileage and if the carfax is available - before I come to see it. If it’s not within my parameters, I’m not going to waste time to go see it. No one ever contacted me back.
Not even your hated enemy should you send here.
Let's see. Salesman lied about car condition. Lied about having to get life insurance. Lied about everything. Claimed brakes etc was done. Nothing. They sold my account to some company without notifying me. Then get this. They never paid the company any money I paid them previously (I had ALWAYS over payed). So my credit went down by 80 odd points. I called, went down there, emailed. It got to the point the company they sold it to realized they were LYING, and actually helped me to fight them. I ended up writing a letter to the state, after which point the owner had the GALL to call me to say why didn't I try to work it out without getting the govt. involved. After 8 months (while I continued to make payments to this new company) they paid them what was owed and my negative balance suddenly was way in the positive. All the time this was going on, the car left us on the road at least 4 times. Spent thousands getting it functional. To the point where I can fix most non internal parts on a Saab. If I get rich, I would literally pay someone to stand at the entrance and give 25k to anyone going there to go elsewhere to get a car.
