"We Service What We Sell!"
One of the worst dealerships that I've ever been too. I had to go find a salesman since there were none on the floor and apparently they were sitting... outside smoking. I applied online for pre approval a day before and got notified to come on down to discuss my options. So I called first thing this morning and left a voicemail. I never recieved a call back. So I went down this afternoon and apparently they don't offer online applications anymore, so I had to redo everything. The sales men on hand were so unprofessional and they were dressed pretty trashy too. The salesman Mitch, or "Big Mitch" as they call him. Just seemed so inpatient and un professional, like he didn't have the time of day for me. So I left a note and walked out. I didn't even get a handshake or offered a business card. They had me sit for over an hour while they ran my credit and I was notified by company within 5 mins after he left to due so.
They make it real easy to walk off the lot, and then impossible to do anything else. We bought a card here 3 months ago. They screwed up the title, and... we've never received the tags or permanent registration. Calling the dealership is a continuous game of "how long will i be on hold before i get an answering machine". Today i get a call back (for a message left a week ago) only to be told they'll have to call me back. don't waste your time or money.
Didn't buy yet but came here to see a car I saw online. I was surprised that it was in the exact condition they listed and looked just like the pics. The... price was also the same price that was advertised online too. no shady business here. I will come back when I have enough money to buy.
Stay away!!! They are liars and crooks! They hide the true condition of their cars by removing the check engine bulb or by using a black sharpie to cover... it up. Worst of the worst!!!
Sketchy...did not have cars as advertised, Vehicle I wanted was conveniently at the tire shop...then they try to sell you on something else. Same tactic... used in other reviews....bought something at a more reputable place
Everyone has heard about how shady used car dealers/salesmen can be, but my god these guys are the prime example of that. I've bought my fair share... of used cars over the years and have come to expect that there will be hidden problems not expected/hidden, but a business that intentionally hides issues is pretty xxxx disgusting. As seen by all the negative reviews and the 100% negative BBB review this place has, I am not the only one who has run into this. After purchasing a car here in cash, they tell me they want to wash it before I leave. Cool, that is good customer service I think to myself. I am about to get in and leave and notice a giant white "spot" on the rear driver door window. Weird, that wasn't there a few minutes ago. It turns out, they hid this problem under the window sticker that has all the specs of the car on it. I know what youre thinking, its just a window that is easily and cheaply fixed or can be cleaned. Not the case. This car happens to have double pane windows and this white stuff was in between the glass so, the only way to fix it is to replace the entire window. On this car(Lexus LS430) this is a $500+ part and a $1000+ repair if you dont DIY. Now you know why they put the spec sheet on the rear window in this specific spot. I showed the salesmen who sold me the car (Kevin im calling you out) and he seemed genuinely surprised also. He tells me they will have their "glass guy" take a look at it and see what we can work out. The glass guy actually meets me at my house and confirms in about 30 seconds that the only thing that can be done is to replace the window. Even the glass guy said they hide problems all the time. I speak to Kevin over the phone and he lets me know he's going to talk to the owners son and see what they can do and if I didn't hear from him by the end of the day to call him the next day. So I call the next day, after not hearing anything, and what do you know this is Kevins day off. Maybe he just forgot right? I call the next day and his phone rings forever with no option to leave a voicemail, this happens a few times over a weeks time and eventually the phone operator just starts hanging up when I call and ask to speak to Kevin. Awesome way to do business! Please take the time to read the reviews and lawsuits against this dumpster of a dealership and avoid it. They do have cheap prices on cars, but there is a very good reason for that, they all have problems. They will do or say anything they can to get your money and then you become someone else's problem.
Awful customer service from the top down. It’s no surprise the staff is rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist as the owner himself curses... at employees and treats them with disrespect. Stay far, far away!!
Went to buy a car for wife for birthday. Cadillac Joe got us a nice honda but repossed after a month for unknown reason. Lucky I wasnt home repo man would... been in a rude awaken.
Buyers stay away. Went here for my sons first car. It was a joke from the moment we walked thru the door. Day one we were in the office half the day waiting... for them to get financing. After coming back with rediculous interest rate we left & decided to go thru our credit union. Long story short we bought the car & 15 miles down the road the car started smoking. We took it to the closest mechanic and they suggested it needed a new motor. We then had a second opinion by a mutual mechanic per Mr. King and he also suggested we needed a new motor. We had the car towed to our own mechanic and he also agreed that we needed a new motor. We paid over $3000 for a refurbished motor. After driving the car for one day it starts smoking again. We take the car back to the mechanic. The end was burned completely off the spark plug. After the insurance claims looked at the motor they agreed to replace it but only this one time. So after putting motor number two in and driving the car home it still wasn’t running proplerly. We take the care back to the mechanic and was told the turbo was bad. $900 later and we have a new turbo. Received the car back this Monday and it’s still not running proplerly. We took the car to Hynduia and they suggested that the car maybe programmed and they have had this car in their shop numerous times. They were unable to get into the programming and was unable to help us out. Still no solution or Car that runs right.
Thought we would give them benefit of the doubt. VERY bad idea from start to finish. Looking for a first car for our son and expressed concern for safety.... “Cadillac” Joe was full of it and had zero concern for our son’s safety. Figured it was a good price for a car that might need minor work. Real mechanic said the thing was a death trap and a just a matter of time before something bad happened. From electrical to fuel system to exhaust, a ticking time bomb. Our fault for not being insistent on the CarFax that Joe conveniently couldn’t get a copy of. Car was in an accident that bent the frame. The “finance” guy got an attitude because it was close to closing time. Some of the staff couldn’t wait and opened up a couple bottles of beer on site. Few days later, found problems with the tag transfer. Also found that we weren’t alone as others were there for the same. All signs that we should have acted on, but didnt. Not a place of good faith. For your own sake and your family’s safety, avoid Beach Blvd Automotive.
