BUYERS BEWARE!!!!. If I could leave a zero star review I definitely would. Shame on them. Dishonest business and I am just beyond disgusted with them. Bought a used 2012 Jeep Laredo last September. Not even 3 month after having it found out the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Ended up getting it replaced in January. Then a few months after January I find out my pads and rotors needed to be replaced and should have been done before buying the vehicle. Fast Forward to July 2025 and find out my PCV valve needs to be replaced, failing steering gear/rack & pinion/inner tie rods/power steering lines/outer tie rods need to be replaced, front left CV axle needing to be replaced, transfer case is leaking and there appears to be an electrical short in the right rear light. This review will be posted anywhere and everywhere I can post a review.

Purchased a used muscle car from Crown. They were great - friendly, professional, and wonderfully cooperative throughout the process. Reviewed everything known about the car (and any issues). Had their service folks show me under the car. Great experience. Who knew they had an inventory of American muscle cars at their shop. Sales folks and Sales manager were all great to work with. Thumbs up and all FIVES!!

I had my Honda in for repairs covered under warranty. The service manager set me up with a loaner car when a part had to be ordered so that the repairs could be completed after the part arrived. I was very grateful to have a car to use and to get the repair done in a timely manner. While my car was there, service also went ahead and did the oil change and tire rotation so I would not have to come back.

Mitch Stephens is a great salesman who takes pride in his salesmanship and is honest. Lots of fun to work with! All around great guy! Would buy from him again!

I had a very pleasant experience working with the guys here. Brian and others were flexible and not pushy at all. Unfortunately, things didn't work out and I didn't buy my car from them, but I would definitely recommend them to others.
