I want to recognize the sales team at Fairway Auto Sales in Draper Utah. I was thinking about getting a Mustang convertible for my wife for our 55 th wedding... anniversary and contacted Scott at the Dealership. He told me he didn’t have any in stock but could locate one for me. To my surprise he called me the next day and said he had located the exact package and color I was wanting. The next hurdle for me was that we live in St. George and I could not come up to bring the Mustang back down in time for our anniversary . To my surprise Scott offered to drive the Mustang down to our home and help with the surprise for my wife. He drove all the way down had the vehicle all cleaned at a car wash here in town so it looked fantastic when I brought my wife outside for the surprise. These are things that he offered up to me and I didn’t have to ask him to do. I offered to pay his way back to Draper but he declined and he took the shuttle back home. This dealership went above and beyond great customer service and we will never forget it! I recommend this dealership to everyone here in St. George and anyone that’s looking for any kind of car.
* Made a Better Business Bureau complaint for the following nightmare: I bought a 2012 Toyota Sequoia I found online from this dealership in fall 2016.... Gavin was my salesman. I had vehicle inspected by a mechanic in their location, and mechanic said the only thing wrong with the vehicle was the driver's side mirror glass was broken. Gavin promised he would order the mirror glass, send it to me, and pay for installation. I arranged for shipping and received the vehicle and found the only thing wrong with it was broken mirror glass on drivers side as expected. A month or so later I started calling Gavin to check on mirror. He said someone else in dealership said the mirror glass was put on back order for several months. I started calling every couple of months to check on the glass and was told for a year it was still on back order. Finally, a year or so ago someone in the dealership said the glass had been received, and they were going to mail it (a very simple thing to do). Several months later I realized we still had not received mirror glass. Was disgusted with dealing with their runaround, so waited a couple months and contacted Gavin on 15 Sep 2018. He said the same thing he has been saying for past two years, "I thought we mailed that to you." He promised to take care of it this time, but I don't trust him after getting the runaround for two years. A BBB complaint is probably the only thing that might light a fire under him. I can definitely tell you that patient, nice people definitely get run over. I should have been a pest and called up screaming every month. Desired Outcome/Settlement: I want the mirror and the money to repair it. * I did not mention in my BBB complaint that I told Gavin and others multiple times to talk to the manager and see if they could do anything about the CD player that I noticed 1 month after delivery would not play CDs; multiple people told me they would check on that and get back to me regarding whether they could do anything. No one ever called back to tell me the results of the conversation they promised to have.
I love this place!! The staff is extremely helpful and respectful, Especially Brian he helped my first time car experience memorable!! i feel that i am... in the car that best suites me and my family. I knew driving off that lot that my family is safe from how well Brian took care of us. Thank you for this experience. We will always choose Fairway Auto from now on!
I worked with Dan and Scott and they were excellent. Very low pressure, and accommodating. The buying process was quick, and they were fair to work with... in negotiations. I am happy with my experience.

I purchased a car from Fairway and when I found long standing issues (months later) and they fixed the issues no questions asked. I could not of expected... more from a car dealership. They are people of their word and integrity in this field is rare. Highly recommended
This place was so good to me and my daughter. We bought a used car and it was the best experience I have ever had and I've bought a few and was never treated... so good. There was a problem with the heater so we had to take it back to be looked at and they were as nice as could be. They found the problem and fixed it. I would recommend this place to everyone. You don't find people like them. They even loaned us one of their cars until ours was fixed.
This was the best experience my family has had purchasing vehicles. The owners helped us personally along with one of there salesmen Gavin. They made us... feel very comfortable and there was no high pressure that other dealers made us feel. We would highly recommend this dealership to everyone that wants a great car at a great price and likes being treated honestly all the way thru the purchase process.

Had an excellent experience with Fairway. At first there were a few issues but Fairway and Gavin specifically were very responsive in addressing the concerns.... Far more than what I expected. Would highly recommend.
