I took my 2023 GMC truck in today for its first service.

I took my 2023 GMC truck in today for its first service. Kat Hinton was the person that took care of me and she is wonderful to work with. Her attention to detail is second to none! Great job Kat! Thank you.

Car skipping and cutting off after getting fuel

Service dept. carried car in for a fuel problem. Had to replace purge valve and hopefully that solve the problem cause everytime I got gas it would skip and cut off. Although driving it for 5 mins it would be ok. Well the valve didn’t fix it so I carried it back the following week. They found out that the charcoal canister needed to replace. Hopefully this would solve the problem again. Jeff, the service rep, was extra helpful and did not charge me the second time. I’m very pleased.

Excellent Service Department Experience!

Service advisor Kat Hinton and the Corvette tech Joshua were fantastic!! I would leave Kat ten stars if I could. I was on my way home from a day trip to Clemson (Go Tigers) when my 2023 C8 Corvette developed a misfire. I pulled into Richard Kay Chevrolet and asked for a miracle since I had a 2.5 hour drive home. Well, they did it! They quickly diagnosed my issue as a failed fuel injector, explained to me the problem, and ordered the injector right on the spot. Kat went to beyond lengths to find me a rental car even though none were available to get home in. The injector came in 2 days later and the Corvette tech did a perfect install and answered all of my questions. Kat kept me advised both days as to progress of the part order and the replacement progress. She took me to both pick up and drop off the rental car. I can't say enough about how professional and helpful these service people were to me. I highly recommend Richard Kay Chevrolet for your service needs.

It was ok. The service department was very helpful but I wish they would have let me know. More about the service warranty

Great service dept.

Great service dept. Had a recall and oil change appointment scheduled. Work was done in a fast efficient way. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends. Cat in the service dept is #1. Excellent job!
