Staff provided clear explanations of needed maintenance to maintain safety and reliability of my car. They always provide transportation home if the car... needs to be left for a longer period than expected and return to pick up the car. This is much appreciated.

Waited for email they promised from manager. I'd finished loan application with my credit union. It was approved. Elgin was going to show what they could... do with interest rate. Internet staff provided good customer service. I didn't receive deal sheet/loan info on car I selected online. It didn't come. I looked online, and they had sold car I had selected.

No problem with service on this visit. Had the 30,000 mile check up performed. Was in and out in one hour. Disappointed they didn’t wash my car though.
