Another sleazy used car dealer
Talk to a manager, make a deal over the phone, spend an hour and a half at the dealer with a salesman but the manager you spoke with is "out of the office", when the papers come, it's a couple hundred dollars more for a detail "the other manager got wrong" but, "you're still getting a real good deal". I left and told them the manager I had spoken with could call me anytime. Same old story in the used car business.

Great experience!
My salesman, Mark Vega, had great customer service, was knowledgeable, and welcoming. Buying my first brand new car was a big deal for me. I was a little nervous and unsure if I would walk away with a car that night. However, Mark answered every question I had, provided me with different options that fit my budget, was patient with me when I couldn’t make up my mind, and he made my car buying experience a breeze! Lou Shahinian from finance, went over all my warranty options and paperwork in detail all while keeping me laughing with good conversation. From the minute I walked in to the minute I left, I felt comfortable and welcomed. Today I am a proud owner of a 2019 RAV4 xle thanks to the great team at Sloane Toyota Philadelphia!!
