    We brought our Nissan armada in for a knock in the motor, we were dealing with a guy name Christian who I might say he was not helpful, rude, obnoxious... and just would not listen. We were charged $118 for diagnostic for them to tell us there was a knock in our motor. We already knew there was an knock in the motor,they wouldn’t tell me what they did with the diagnostic. He said it would be against the law for him to tell me what was wrong with the motor at this time because they needed to look into it further because they didn’t have enough time to look into it. They had it for an entire day. He also made it very clear to us that there was no warranty on our vehicle. I had told him previously on the phone we had two warranties that we purchased with the vehicle when we bought it used. I needed to get into my vehicle to get the paperwork he would not give me the key. We did get in the vehicle we got the paperwork to prove to him that there was a warranty but he was not interested in listening to us and said we need to pay the bill. Also all we heard was how busy they were how they had one mechanic they had too many customers booked that day as if that was my problem. At that point we got frustrated paid the bill as it was closing time for them. We sent an email to the owner of Gezon she said that somebody from management would contact us. My wife received an email telling us they will deal with Christian and that’s it no phone call nothing to fix the problem with us, just they’ll deal with Christian. obviously that’s more important than to help us fix our vehicle. heads up people if you go there get ready for a bunch of crap when you walk in the door they lost us as customers forever unless they want to make this right somehow and give me my money back.

    Bought a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport at Gezon Motors and Bill Gezon was wonderful with the sale. My family also purchased vehicles from Bill . The service... department is terrific too! I recommend Bill Gezon to my friends if there in the market for a new or used vehicle!

    Steering column needed a new gasket. Joanne scheduled an appoin tment and was followed up by Gary. They got to my car the next day, and quickly replaced... the part. They were extremely courteous and professional.
