Took my truck to Fremont Ford to have my AC repaired,

Took my truck to Fremont Ford to have my AC repaired, after having it parked in a back lot for a month they finally called to tell me it was fixed. Went to pick it up, and it was spewing Trans fluid everywhere. Thought it was a power steering leak. They wanted an exorbitant amount to fix. Took it home only to find out it was the Trans coolant lines, had it towed back to them, they replaced the coolant lines. Then after many days, called to tell me it was fixed, picked it up, drove about 2 miles only to find that the transbwas slipping extremely badly. Was told to bring it back in. Attempted to drive it back around the block only to have the Trans go out completely on the way. They have had my truck since April 13, except for a few days in July. Every time I was told it was ready, it was returned to me in worse condition than when I brought it in. Now I have to take it somewhere else to have the Trans re-built, because of their shody work.

Another victim to the shady practices of this dealership for trying to purchase a Mach-E, after 8 months of waiting they cancelled my order in order to resell it to someone else.

Fraudulent

Just today I went pick up my reservation (VIN: 3FMTK3R7XNMA26761) and was asked $10000 markup. That's 20% more on top of sticker price. I refused and dealer said it is not your car anymore

My mother bought a Ford Mach E from Fremont Ford.

My mother bought a Ford Mach E from Fremont Ford. Her tire got a nasty razor blade in it and she had to get her tire replaced. First of all the car comes with no spare tire (be sure to get a spare tire) and had to be replaced. It took them 10 days to get my mom a new tire. When we went to pick up the car it looked like it had bee stored in a shed, cobwebs on it, obviously they didn't clean it. I guess with the supply chain being hurt it also takes away from the dignity of Fremont Ford. I hope the other dealerships are not this way as well.

Always mark your tyres b4 taking it for oil change. I...

Always mark your tyres b4 taking it for oil change. I took in 2 separate vehicles within a month and they never rotated the tires as per my request. It seems management is aware of this since no action was taken when I brought this issue to their attention. Makes me wonder if they even change the oil filters..

10K markup on Mach-E order

Ordered custom Mach-E from Fremont Ford. Two weeks before the car arrived I was told on the phone that they would not charge a markup since it’s a custom order. When I went to pick up the car they added a 10K markup. After a 7 month wait I had to walk away. For them to think it's ok to charge a person who waited that long the same price as a random walk-in is ridiculous. Do not trust this dealership, and do not pay markup. Do your research and find another dealership. Such a waste of time!

Scammers are adding 15000 to the price

15k markup on a new brochure that was ordered, Never said anything about markup when bronco was ordered and they took the deposit They should of been honest in the beginning of the transaction
