unbelievable to charge a markup on someone who is ordering a built to order bronco that was reserved back in July when the bronco was first released. 15k markup is ridiculous especially when a huge percentage of dealerships across the country are not charging a markup on the new bronco. Horrible customer service.

Customer service is horrible car was in shop over 14 days was not provided a loaner car or rental car which is covered under warranty. Couldnt reach anybody in the service department, no one reach out to keep me updated. These people are extremely rude and arrogant. Oh and my car was mis diagnosed after paying a deductible to only return my car within a week because problems was not fixed. My experience here has not been pleasant at all.

The dealership is really clean and sanitize and all the workers are very nice and very respectful at the dealership in Fremont

I was very happy with the staff at Ford. The car I wanted was gone before I got there. They did find me another white car, but a bit higher than I had planned to go. I am very pleased with my purchase but have a lot of gadgets to learn. They said I could come back at anytime and they would go through all of the buttons and bells again with me.
