Came here for backup camera recall. Upon pickup, confirmed with David that camera was calibrated, which a previous service advisor told me needed to be done during the recall. David assured me it was. It was not; guidelines and sensor zones were not present, which is important for this tow vehicle. David told me I have to return to get it fixed, which is highly inconvenient (changed work schedule for this appointment) and annoying considering he assured me that it was done. At least he was friendly throughout and apologetic over the phone.
