I am a long time customer and took my car in and explained I had a bad noise coming from the back left rear. I was very specific about the back left rear. A repair on the front brakes costing $400.00 was done and I had the front brakes repalced in 2016. When I drove my car home the noise in the back left rear was still there. I called and took car back and then was told that the problem was the back brakes and it cost another $400.00. The first charge should never have happened. I now am in debt approx. $800.00 for a repair that should have only been $400.00. Not happy that this happened to me. I was not listened to when I said what the problem was. I was a long time customer but now not sure I would trade there again.

Unhappy customer
I have had my 2006 Toyota Tacoma for 13.5 years. I have 66500 miles on vehicle. I have had to put 5 sets of tires on it as of 9/27/19. After complaint again I got no satisfaction nor consideration. Very big problem.

Reverse Light Switch and Bulb
My Service contact person was Nick. He was professional and courteous in all our communiations. He kept me updated on progress throughout the service evolution. The service techs ordered the reverse light switch and replaced it along with bulbs the following morning. I observed that all staff were positive and friendly throughout the facility. Lastly, the freshly ground coffee was excellent.

1st oil change
Great service and customer service. My son has bought Toyota's from here for the last 4 or 5 cars he had bought and convinced me to change to Toyota. I love my Prius. But be careful when choosing a salesperson, "Jeff" was nice and very friendly but very slow on following up on getting my paperwork to me and has not sent my son his referral fee for getting me to purchase a new car yet and it has been 6 months.
