Recently I bought a used BMW.

Recently I bought a used BMW. Great car and very low miles. Warning to all those that buy here: Take your time and review the paperwork. They seemed to be in a hurry to finish the paperwork and they shoved it at me. It was such a blur. Went too fast and not enough time to gather my thoughts. I noticed I was paying for an item called FlexProtect ($695) that was supposed to be a tracker for my protection but later found out the dealership could track also. Took me awhile to locate it. Buried deep in the quarter-panel. It came out in my hand. I had to take it apart to turn it off and then I destroyed it by putting a big hole through it and made it part of a boat anchor. I did not finance.

My salesperson, Darrel Gray, was transparent, never pushy, and took the time to answer every question. The financing process was smooth and stress-free, with no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. They even followed up after the sale to make sure I was happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for honesty, professionalism, and top-notch customer service, this dealership is the one to go with. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next car and recommending them to everyone I know!

Chris Lee was my sales guy and he did a great job of explaining my purchase. Service department there is excellent and Alex Pearson goes above and beyond to explain any service needed as well as what is needed immediately and what can wait. Great group of people.

I was looking at potential CPO m340i vehicles while my aging BMW was getting serviced. Luckily United BMW had three on the lot. I was test driving the cars within a few minutes. When I decided to get further information about the vehicles, I was introduced to Patrick. Patrick knew these cars well and provided details to help me make a decision. He even arranged a trade-in offer quickly for me before I left the dealership. Patrick didn’t pressure me at all and remained patient. I called him two days later after deciding to purchase the vehicle. I was fortunate it was still on the lot. The rest of the process took some time as expected. Handling financing, trade-in, etc. was painless and United BMW took the time to walk me through all the setup, configuration, etc. of the new vehicle. This was a very comfortable experience and I am very pleased with the car and the service I received. I highly recommend United BMW for new, used and car service.
