I was on vacation in the UP when my muffler started jostling around and making noises. This was concerning considering all the miles we were about to... drive. I searched for a good Jeep dealership and this showed up. I took it in, and Jeremy knew what was going on right away. They got me in and out within an hour, and the price was right! :) While waiting, we talked to a sales guy who was very friendly. I highly recommend this place! I'll be in the market for a new Jeep soon, and definitely be coming here.

Diagnosed problem. Could not find reason for problem. Reset light. It appeared to be a momentary glitch. Ok now. Vehicle running smooth and without issue.

Love this dealership. I drove 60 miles to get a service on our Toyota Sequoia as that was the closest dealer. Their service department was exceptional,... friendly and efficient. Loved seeing a cafe within the dealership that served sandwiches and such. Made our waiting time go quickly. Keep up the good work.

I was there to purchase a car and customer service was terrible. I was waiting to look at a car and the salesman went to the bank to cash his paycheck... in the middle of the sale. Then I decided not to buy at this time he got really rude and belligerent to my son. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever

Just bought my 3rd vehicle from Fernelius, the second within the past month: I could not be more satisfied. Additionally, Fernelius has serviced my 2008... Honda Accord (that I did not purchase from them,) when no other dealership in the area would (even all of those that advertise, "We service all makes and models!") I've rarely had such a smooth and relaxing auto purchase. Customer service and satisfaction are maximum. Sean Kelly is a fantastic salesman who truly goes the extra mile to ensure you get what you want. My friends and family are repeat Fernelius customers: both with their Toyota/Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep and Ford dealerships in Cheboygan. Beautiful locations, quality vehicles and service...you really get treated like family. One thing that really impressed me was the way they treat active duty military personnel. This is a great organization and I am always glad to do business with them.
