This dealership should not even be allowed to carry the Cadillac name unless this is what GM has decided their Upscale brand to become. Being new to the... area I had to change dealerships. I had an unexpected sensor go bad on my older model CTS. I took the car to Cadillac of Novi in January. They replaced three sensors and sent me on my way. The day I picked up my car I was shocked to see it pull around the corner. The car had mud splashed on it and the reason it wasnt washed was explained because they werent able to because of below freezing temps. I was running late because I had to get my daughter from latchkey before it closed so I took the car from the porter and told him it was unacceptable but nothing to be done about it now. As I drove away I found the car to be handling very oddly. Finally I had to pull over and found that my front passenger tire was essentially flat and not only was it flat but I was missing three of my wheel caps. Upon returning home I did take pictures of the car and reached out to the dealership. The informed me they would replace the caps and apologized for the cars condition. Needless to say about 4 mos later the car experienced the same issue and I still have yet to get my wheel caps back. Yes I have physically stopped in and when I did the gentleman at the counter was able to find my history but said there was no record of caps being covered!!! When I took the car back in after looking at it but never performing diagnostics on the car they informed me the car was rusting underneath. The gas tank was about to leak among other things. In a nutshell I was told the car would cost a lot to be fixed and they had not even done diagnostics yet to see if the sensor went bad that was replaced. The comment from the navigator was and I quote " My mechanic said if we keep fixing this car we will be married to it!" Remind you other than this visit the only other time this dealership worked on my car was in January 4mos prior to my return. I asked if the car was running and they said yes. I asked for it immediately. I got my car and drove it to another dealership Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth who repaired the car and yes the issue was the sensors that Novi replaced in January had gone bad. The whole cost to get the car fixed 84.00 dollars and the mechanic said the car was solid and noted no other issue. This dealership is a horrible and Cadillac should remove themselves from association.

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle 2 days ago. Our salesman was great. The problem I have is that the vehicle was not cleaned properly at pick up... so we were told to bring the vehicle back 2 days after purchase so it can be cleaned inside and out. The cleaning guy brought the vehicle out and it looks the same as when I purchased the vehicle with a few scratches added to it. I am highly disappointed with the detail department. They obviously have incompetent people who do not know what clean means.

Pretty simple: Oil change and tire rotation. Also, I needed to ask about procedures for fixing a minor piece of interior trim. Smooth, friendly, completed... ahead of schedule. Oh, and the waiting room has been improved since my last visit. Still not as good as the nearby Lincoln dealership, but amenities are better.
I purchased my vehicle in 2016. I have always received excellent service.
