    I am very happy with my purchase of a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from Walker. They were very informative, service was great. It didn't take long at all to process all the paperwork that day. Very friendly, courteous & attentive. Thank you Eric Paxton & Damien Burrs for all your help. Great job.

    Dave and his staff at the new Performance Chrysler were really great. They listened to our needs and worked to get us the deal WE wanted. No high pressure sales, no rushing the process, just folks who are interested in making you, the customer, happy. The actual sale was a natural result. No doubt this comes from the direction and leadership Dave provides. I highly recommend this NEW Dealership for any automobile needs one has!!

    Went to service department to get alignment. Unfortunately I was informed that I needed other work performed before that should be done. But they were able to give me estimates on all work needed and prioritized the list as well. I feel like I was treated very well and will return soon to get work done.

    Last weekend I went in to purchase a new vehicle, as mine unexpectedly broke down. Upon entering the store, the salesman, Doug Hutchinson, approached me. He was very pushy, but did work with me to get an acceptable car and loan. However, I was unable to get acceptable financing for the vehicle I truly desired. After giving me his best offers, I told him I would consider them and I would contact him if I decided I wanted to buy from him. Starting the very next day, my phone rang at least 3 times a day with Doug offering me better and better deals on a particular type of car. After a full week of his consistent calling, he rang again. Unfortunately the last time he called, my phone dropped the call. Being the great gentleman that he is Doug Hutchinson sent the following email to my partner, "Just called lisa, she hung up on me when she asked who it was. NICE!! I'm sorry, but I mistaken her for an adult the other day when my manager and me wasted an hour, AFTER we closed, taking time away from our families for that. I should've trusted my gut instinct at the beginning and just went home. We done everything we could to give you guys a great deal and called today to extend that offer with great pricing. No reason for being so disrespectful, just be an adult and let me know if you guys are not in the market anymore or if you guys have bought something else, no big deal. I don't know if you are receiving these emails or even reading them for that matter, but let her know that she will be without a car for a long time if she ever thinks that I or anybody I know ever helps her with buying a vehicle whenever that happens again." As such, I will never buy or recommend this dealership.

    Hello - We are very upset to hear of this complete lack of customer service you experienced. This is not what our dealership expects from our employees and sales representatives. We keep our standards of service very high, but we do sincerely apologize for the poor decision that one of our sales people made. We have investigated and significantly handled this situation with our salesperson. Additionally, we discussed with the staff that this sort of customer service will not be tolerated anywhere in our company. Again, please accept our deepest apologies and know that we dealt with our salesperson's error in judgement here and that this does not reflect the morals or level of service that we require from our company as a whole.

    My wife & I went to Walker CDJR to get an oil change and left with a brand new 2015 Rnengade. It's amazing! As usual, the service dept. did a fantastic job but when she fell in love with the Renegade, Megan was there to take care of us. She did a super job in taking care of us through the whole process. Everyone at Walker CDJR does an excellent job in providing a great buying experiaence. My wife is happy and so am I. Thank you.

    I originally bought my car from here. It was a painless buying experience. I recently took my car in for its service. The employees in the service center were professional and let you know everything they were doing before they did it. I was very impressed with the quickness of the service. The waiting lounge is extremely clean. Overall I am very please with Walker. Will defiantly be returning!

    We purchased a used 2007 Chevy HHR and are very pleased with the purchase. The remote door lock openers did not work but Mike has promised to get one that does work. Did not feel pressured, as a matter of fact, the car we test drove and bought is not the one we were talking about! Thanks for a pleasant experience.

    I took my 2005 Durango in for a set of new tires and an oil change. There are a few new Service Advisors on board and they are fantasic. My advisor noticed that I had a coupon for an alignment and suggested that I have it performed since I was purchasing a new set of tires and I could save money in the process. He was very professional and knowledgable of the products offered. That alignment made such a difference in how the vehicle handles. I can't thank him enough.
