    My husband and I have been purchasing or leasing cars for 31 years. This experience was a pleasure. No hard sell. No playing games. No long waiting... time. Easy negotiation. I did not feel rushed or pressured. I always dread the car buying experience but this time was a pleasant surprise. We never knew of this place. We first went to our usual place who wasted so much of our time it was a nightmare. Trying to sell us something we didn't want because they didn't have what we did want. So I googled another Ford Dealer close by and we ended up at Bellford. They had what we wanted and even better than what we expected. They worked with us without the phony hard sell. I will definitely recommend this place and I will be back again myself.

    TOOK CAR IN ON TUESDAY 830 AM DID NOT GET CALL AS TO STATUS, CALLED DEALER AT 430 PM WAS TOLD PART NEEDED ADVISED BY SERVICE TO LEAVE OVERNIGHT SO IT... WOULD BE REPAIRED EARLY. CALLED WED AT 100 PM WAS TOLD NEEDED ANOTHER PART NOT SURE WEN IT WOULD COME , AGAIN I WAS NEVER CALLED AS TO STATUS. PICKED UP CAR ASKED TO TALK TO SERVICE MANAGER WAS TOLD ONE WAS TRAINING FOR THE WEEK THE OTHER ONE QUIT. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. SHAME BECAUSE SALE TEAM IS REALLY GOOD.CAR STILL NOT FIXED.

    We have purchased several Fords over the years and several from Bell Ford. I guess we liked Christopher because I remember his name when it is time to... trade in one vehicle for another. I just call up, ask for Chris, make an appointment. We go in, choose a color and we are done. I did suggest they go to the Apple store and learn to take money. Buying a car takes so long, you sign your name 27 times. Apple can take money in seconds, reach under the table and retrieve a receipt hand it to you, OR email it to you. Your out in minutes.
