They promptly fixed my issue with my check engine light
They promptly fixed my issue with my check engine light on my 2023 Kia Niro. They also took pictures and offered me additional maintenance, but were not pushy when I denied some additional parts. Staff is always very friendly and communicates well throughout all of my service appts there.

On a Thursday the dash lights all lit up and would cycle
On a Thursday the dash lights all lit up and would cycle through a suggestion to check half a dozen items related to warning lights. After discussion with the service department they let me know the car was safe to drive, but they would need to have me bring it in to physically check it. A time to do that was found that matched my schedule. After a quick examination (45 minutes) they confirmed the problem was the failure of the front camera. Again, a time was scheduled to give time for the part to arrive and worked with my schedule. I was told the time to remove, reinstall, and calibrate could take 3.5 to 4 hours. The work was actually completed in 2 hours. The staff was friendly and helpful all the way through.

They were quick and friendly when purchasing, but there
They were quick and friendly when purchasing, but there are a number of other issues. First, they were very responsive until I filled out the survey. I was told by the sales rep that I would receive 1000 charge credits with my purchase, but I didn't receive the code for them. I followed up and they indicated that they were working on finding out the issue. I mistakenly filled out the survey, and from then on they stopped responding to me. I texted a couple of times to follow up, no response. I then called to find out what was going on and was told that the credits weren't offered any longer, despite being told I would get them. When I brought up I was told I would get them and therefore should still receive them as their mistake wasn't my fault, the salesperson said they would have have their manager call me back the next day. Four days later, and haven't heard back. Beyond that, I used their website to price my trade in. My car had very low miles and was excellently maintained. They offered the value in the range their website gave for that model with twice as many miles. I realized shortly after when they priced out the my trade in, they didn't put the actual miles in for the trade in value, but went with the default, expected miles. All in all, I can't recommend them, it has been a very, very frustrating experience. I used Costco, and will be reaching out to them to update my review with them. The first part of this review, above, was originally posted on Google, and a representative replied asking for me to reach out via email to discuss my issues with the dealer. I did so the following evening (Thursday the 20th at about 9:30 PM). It has been a week since I emailed (today being the 28th), and there has been no phone call or email. I'm beginning to wonder if not responding is part of their customer outreach training program. This is one of the absolute worst customer experiences I've had. Usually companies have the decency to not respond to you before you do a survey, as well as after, but to make it so blatant that the survey is the only thing that matters is quite shocking.

Although the service was fine (I went in for a software update recall), they recommended an air filter and cabin filter replacement for twice the price. And the quote for a trailer hitch purchase and install was outrageous, price gouging at its finest. Make sure you shop around for everything they try to sell you.

I had an amazing experience at Ron Tonkin Kia. All of the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful for my first solo car purchase. I felt very taken care of. Greg ansked me great questions anbout my finance goals to set me up with the right vehicle. Aimen in sales was amazing in helping me find a vehicle i loved. All my questions were carefully answered and i felt really grateful and happy at the end of my purchase. 10/10 recommend going here for your next car purchase, their staff takes care of you and makes sure you leave with the car of your dreams. (Also rebecca was the sweetest in helping me get setup when i arrived!! )
