Don’t waist your time with these guys They do not return any inquiries from there cars.com ads They do not return any phone calls and when you do get someone on the phone they leave you on hold or just hang up on you Trying chat thru cars.com they just end chat without answering if a car they are advertising is available We drove from another state to purchase a car from them We tried contacting them when we was within a 100 miles they just hang up and disconnected cars.com chat when we ask what’s going ? This dealer spears to be sone kind of scam beware do not waist your time if you ever have an issue with a vehicle they sell it most likely will never be taken care of They should be able to advertise on cars.com

Bought car unseen from remote location. Great communication. Car is as depicted so far so good. Would recommend this dealership. Chen was accommodating and send many pictures of the cars even areas that has small scratches. No bait and switch.

Eric Cheng can’t answer a simple question: “are there any other fees besides tax, title and registration” over a 7-email exchange. I hate dealer games.
