I have been getting my cars and trucks from this dealer for over 12 years and have never had a problem with anyone there , I have dealt with a lot of car... dealers over the past 55 years throughout the country, this dealer is by far the best ever, that is why I keep going back even now where I live in another state !!!!!!!!!
Buying a brand new truck was a pleasurable experience but after I drove it off the lot I faced nothing but wrong diagnoses, lack of transparency, and unfair... billing from the service department. As I write this my truck is still under full bumper to bumper warranty yet I was quoter $800 to rectify an issue on my new vehicle. From the day of purchase I used their service department for every oil change and every tire rotation their service advisor said it appeared that my tires had missed rotations and two tires were scalloped and should be replaced (this was at 25,000 miles). When quoted it was full price until I pointed out pro-rated prices and free labor cost in the New Vehicle Warranty handbook, I feel badly for customers that have paid FULL price when they didn't need to. Again, the sales team was a pleasure to work with but my experience from that point on was awful, I will not be returning to this dealership.
Mark O'Mally was outstanding. He keep me informed about my car and got it repaired in less that one day after it had been towed in. He Is a credit to Lannon... Chevrolet. I have always been told lannon Chevrolet is the best in the area and now I am sure of it. Great job guy and thank you so much for the fast service. I will be doing all my business at Lannon from now on.,Mark O'Mally was outstanding. He keep me informed about my car and got it repaired in less that one day after it had been towed in. My 80 year old father in law asked I help him replace his 2004 car. He said I would like a good deal on a American 4 door sedan. We looked at Ford and... then went to look at the Malibu L at Lannan Chevrolet in Woburn Ma. He loved the Malibu L more than any other 4 door sedan. The price was right and our salesman Justin Burke was fantastic. Taking the time to work the numbers on a 3 year lease or buying it . He had never leased before and needed time to look at it and wrap his mind around a new car lease or a used one. The lease price won because Justin gave me and him time to go home and go over the numbers. Justin never pushed he just gave me info I wanted. Then my father in laws plate meant something to him and in most cases you have to get new plates for the lease company. With insurance company's working only till noon time and other things ,Justin got it done he could keep his plate and he will get them back in 3 years. Im not sure if another guy would have gone as far as Justin did to make it happen. So with a great lease price,10K miles a year and his own plates my father in law picked up his new Malibu today and is very happy. You need a good sales guy who will treat you right? Call Justin Burke at Lannan Chevrolet. When I need a new truck thats who Im calling so Im putting my money were my mouth is.
I dont know where to begin, the bdc department set the appointment, then the sales team did a terrific job throughout the whole process. Very low pressure... and straightforward pricing. As always all dealers include a rebate that you need to qualify for when advertising, but theirs is spelled out on the website! Easy process and will be telling everyone I know to give them a chance!
They have the most straight forward and laid back selling process and pricing. Would recommend to anyone! The car buying experience can be overwhelming,... but they make it simple!
Quoted pricing yet the numbers changed when we sat to close the deal. Not upfront and honest with us so I would not recommend this dealership at all.
Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer... I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs. Thank you Sean
Brought in my 1984 Corvette for a window regulator replacement. They no longer make replacement regulators and you have to retrofit one from a later C4... model. I brought my own part and was received right away. Mark was very informative and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Even though the job is notorious for being annoying, the tech did a fantastic job, and everything is working perfectly. Additionally, the window glass was cleaned, and the door panel was put back together with care before I received my car. Overall it was a great experience and I would trust them again with an unconventional job. And a big thanks to the tech
I contacted the dealer about a 2013 Honda Accord Sport listing. In the photos the Accord had non-standard wheels with snow tires, but the listing included... the OEM 18" Sport wheels. It took several calls to the dealer to establish that the vehicle did not include the oEM wheels, just the snow tires on small wheels. A week later the listing still includes the erroneous 18" wheels. Not having the correct wheels makes this vehicle worth several thousand dollars less than its listed price.
