I tried to but a Toyota Sienna from them. Very disappointed with my experience here. First, I had to call daily despite the salesman telling me he would... call me back each time I spoke with him. I didn't have a huge problem with that as I understand they might be busy, but, still, it was a little frustrating. Then, I submitted my credit application twice (from two different devices) and they kept saying they never received it. I finally got them to take it over the phone. I was approved, and since I'm a couple hours away, I had them take the vehicle to an independent mechanic to be looked over before I drove all the way there. I do appreciate them being willing to do that! They assured me that if he found anything their guys missed, they'd fix it. Well, he found a few things wrong, a couple were minor, but most concerning was an oil leak in the vicinity of the rear cam seal, which had the potential to be a rather expensive fix, depending on exactly what it was. Unfortunately, after speaking with the dealership, they claimed it wasn't leaking oil, just "seeping" oil and that that was normal, so they wouldn't look into it further, let alone address the issue, so obviously I did not but the vehicle. Had they been willing to determine the cause of and fix the oil leak, I would have been writing a very different, and very pleased review, sadly, I cannot.

The people at this dealership are trustworthy. They are extremely knowledgeable, are very up front about the vehicles and terms of sale and genuinely care... about the customer's needs and comfort. Their prices are excellent, and there is no pressure! I am really happy with my 2002 Civic and feel that I was treated with the utmost fairness and respect. I will be back any and every time I need service or a vehicle.
If your like me, you have done your homework and decided on the vehicle of your choice and met a fair amount of dealers who use a variety of selling tactics... that leave you shaking your head. When you walk into Middletown Auto Sales your experience is a simple of exchange of great customer service; no tacky approaches or gimmicks to just sell you a car. Joe & Pat our just knowledgable guys, who run a business to create customers relationships that leave you satisfied about your choice, price and value. Another no hassle policy is that they take the "fun"out of negotiating on the sale price of the vehicle. At first, I just wanted to win a contingency to get something out of a dealer, because you feel that they must be trying to hide their profit margin, but after further comparison and many offers, I soon realized this was the best value at the best price. Sure, their profit is in the sale price, but there were no added dealer prep charges or fees, the price stayed the same. I was totally sold when they mentioned how they stand behind their deals; warranty, which came into play on a couple of commonly related vehicle issues, a direct connection with Toyota dealership for mechanical service, free oil changes and rotation. Thanks guys for taking the dealer out of the used car buying experience! I would highly recommend Miiddletown Auto Sales, but remember leave your defensive negotiating worries behind and just trust the value and fair customer service.
