Bought a 2006 BMW 330i convertible from Exceptional Motorcars in late Sept 2022. We found Frank to be exceptionally accommodating and honest. Not normally the definition of a used car dealer. He took care of a couple minor issues before delivery and the car has been flawless. We will definitely buy from Frank again.

I purchased a 2013 E550 from them by phone, email and over the internet. Frank was great. He addressed every concern I had. He took more pics for me and several videos as I'm out of state. After reading the carfax and going over everything I pulled the trigger on the purchase. Frank handled everything, even arranged the transport of the vehicle. Great car and great service. Knowledgeable and friendly. Very large inventory of exactly what the name says, “Exceptional Motorcars”. Just got the car home and so far been as solid as expected. I typically reserve judgement for a month as to assure all the bells rin and whistles blow, Ive broken my normal because I believe Frank would back his product and that is what makes happy customers. I plan to shop at EM in the future, any more testimony that that really is not needed. Thank you Frank, my wife and appreciate the hospitality.
