I was told they had ordered me a part for a recall on my vehicle and made an appointment. It took a little over two hours. My car still smells like gasoline, which they said 'would dissapate.'

Was traveling from Minneapolis to Dallas/Fort Worth.
Was traveling from Minneapolis to Dallas/Fort Worth. Warning lights came on 10 mi south of Des Moines. Was stranded and had to be home in two days. Spent night in car at Toyota dealership lot. Although I was first at service department upon opening, they were booked two weeks in advance. But, they found a way to check the car out. They had the needed part in stock and were willing to replace it. I was out by 11:30! They were very caring and professional. Outside of a miracle, they were my only hope. So, grateful that they came through.

It has been quite the pleasant experience having my new tundra serviced at your dealership. You’re salesman kind of blew it when he tried to sell me the truck (sorry, but true), but your service will keep me buying Toyotas as long as the truck continues to be a beast.

Hubcap fell off after I left parking lot cause your
Hubcap fell off after I left parking lot cause your service team didn’t reinstall it correctly Nobody proceeded to call me when new one arrived cause nobody ordered one We hadn’t used Toyota of DSM for several years due to terrible service on our minivan. We returned due to recall on my daughter’s RAV4 And since there was a recall and she needed an oil change and tire rotation I gave you another chance. Likely with be back. My wife wants a new Toyota, we will get it in Ames instead
