Steve Henigan was great to work with. He was communicative and helped me purchase a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE. He helped make sure the paperwork was taken... care of and was flexible when it came to pickup. The only challenge I had was that masks were not mandatory which I was very disappointed in.

Excellent service. No pressure to buy but happy we did. The only thing that was confusing was the text messages we were receiving. We were to meet our... rep but when we arrived for our appt. he wasn't even there. Kind of confusing at first for everyone but quickly handled.
