We had been looking at your website which was easy to navigate and saw that you had a number of Rav Hybreds so we made the drive to DSM. From the moment... we walked in the door we were made welcome. Boomer approached us and understood what we were looking for....we test drove and I expressed my desires....they searched and found a white exterior with grey interior...we had a deal. There was no pressure, no strong arming, just your typical...make a deal banter. We scheduled a pick-up and everything was all ready to go. Rob the Business Manager was very helpful and we felt he was helping us get what we needed, the service person who showed us how to run everything was very friendly and informitive. Years back I used to do testimonial radio commericals for Old Mill Toyota in Omaha...I wouldn't do them if I did not have a good expericence. I can say I would have not problem doing them today for Toyota of Des Moines dealership. So far I really like the Rav!!!! * I don't remember the technician who went of the car with us....he did a good job seems patient!

Steve Henigan was great--he is the kind of person I like to work with. No back and forth bargaining. I realize the dealer and the sales staff have to make... a profit. I knew what I wanted to pay and was satisfied with what was offered. I NEVER negotiate or counter offer on vehicles. If I am not happy with the first offer I move along to the next dealer. I have always done it that way and always will. I think he knew and respected that. Brenna laid out the additional options and explained them very well--clear and concise. JD seemed to really enjoy showing us the various operational items on the Tacoma. I liked his enthusiasm for the Toyota brand.

The service department is fast and efficient. My Service Advisor, David, had me in and out because I had doctor's appointment. Customer service was great!

Took my new car in for the 5,000 mile tire rotation the wait for the car was only 30 minutes. Great job on the turn around.........

I was due for a tire rotation and had been trying to work it into my schedule. Drove there this morning and was told the express service could get on... it very soon. I was told it would take About 30 minutes. About 30 minutes later he came in with the paper work, which included the inspection, topping off fluids, etc. and the code to get a free car wash. All at a great price.

This is aproximately my 15th year of service from this Toyota garage. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else because the service here is superb. I am... always treated with courtesy and the work is done quickly. The service person goes over what was done to the car and gives me any heads up about future work that might need to be done without pressure. Yesterday, Jamie, was my service person and he was excellent even though he's only work there a few months. Also, the online ability to schedule is very convenient.
