DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I took in vehicle with electrical issues. Advised that another repair shop was unable to find the issue. They assured me they were capable of fixing electrical issues. After having the vehicle for a week, they advised me to come pick up the vehicle. After the manager talked to the mechanic, he said it was because they had no way to give me an estimate on the cost and that the likelihood of satisfaction because of this was low. The mechanic says it is fixable but there is no way to estimate the cost. (Oddly enough, the manager said that he had the impression from talking to me that cost was not an issue. I thought this was very odd remark. And he is wrong by the way since both my husband and I live on social security.) Overall, their communication with me was not good. I had to call a couple times to get an update but the information was still sparse. I was advised the battery was dead so I went and got another battery since it was only 7 months old. When I got the bill, I was charged $108.00 for testing the battery. I consulted with one repair ship who said they would charge in the area of $30.00. Another one said they would not charge anything. Another local Chevrolet dealer (a competitor) and they said they would charge $50.00 if they had to put it on the battery tester that would test for other things. The manager said he is doing the battery test the way the company is DEMANDING they doing the testing. I feel ripped off.

Took my truck to get fixed here, ended up with a huge scratch on the bumper. They denied fault, the owner is a joke. Do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great Experience

I recently came to Schukei Chevrolet to purchase a new vehicle. I had a great experience and wanted to share with everyone. I have been to the dealership before but there are a lot of new faces. Everyone I talked to was very nice and very knowledgeable. They made the car buying process very easy and I felt very comfortable there. I just had my first oil change in their service department last week. Was very impressed by all. They were very helpful and got my oil change done quickly. I would highly recommend stopping at this dealership.

Almost like a circus

Can you guys answer any questions? I go in to just get some information on the new 15' Silverado and wham I get hit by a swarm of obviously a very hungry sales team. Anyways all I try to find out is what a crew cab LT would cost and all they could do is ask me when I plan on buying something and if I wanted to trade. Come on now when I got their I said I was curious about how much I could buy it for. Every question of mine was shot down with another question from them. I'm not sure if this is how car sales work in today's world or if it was just this place. If I could offer one bit of advice I'd say get a new sales team or start all over.

What this gentleman describes is not how I want my people to run my store. If anyone is treated that way I would appreciate you to ask for me, or at least identify whom is treating you in this way. I am here to help potential and past customers.
