I only have great things to say about i-5 Motors and the owner Justin. We bought a used BMW x1 earlier this year and my whole purchasing experience was incredible from the sales rep, Bill, to the finance manager and even meeting the owner. We never felt pressured to buy and we had a hard budget, and the manager and finance manager helped us achieve our goal. We all have that prejudice of car dealership for dishonest tactics and not keeping their word, but my experience with i-5 was completely opposite. I can honestly say they are a trustworthy, honest and fair business because after taking the car home the car had a few issues. i-5 Motor kept their word of putting the customer first and owning up to their warranty and fixed everything without hesitation, no questions asked, "just bring it in and we'll fix it" at no extra cost to me. They also convinced me to purchase the extended warranty, which if anyone has any experience with extended warranties, they're like scams, you buy them and then they won't cover anything when you actually need to use them. But they convinced me that this warranty is excellent and if I have any problems that they will step in and talk to the warranty to help the customer. Once again they kept their word because I had some brake caliper issues recently with my BMW and you know warranties don't cover brakes that are normal wear and tear. Took it to the shop where estimated repair is over 2k! But the warranty was willing to cover half of it because of a faulty caliper and the warranty company was actually surprisingly easy to work with. However, they were not willing to cover rotors because that's normal wear and tear, but I would argue the rotor got damaged because of a faulty caliper so not due to normal wear and tear. I decided to call i-5 Motors again to ask if they could step in to talk to the warranty company on my behalf. Without any hesitation the manager Craig said they will help cover some of the cost to the rotors! I was amazed with such expeditious and great customer service. I wanted the warranty company to pay for it not the company, but i-5 just wanted to resolve the problem for me and made it so easy! I'm truly surprised with any bad reviews because my experience with this dealership has been excellent. Their staff have come across as really decent folks and I believe it's because the owner Justin upholds his business to high standards that prioritizes the customer. I definitely would recommend i-5 Motors for its great value, and truly living up to putting the customer first. They truly go out of their way to help the customer.

RC and Craig were absolutely amazing! I traded in my Cadillac in my class C motorhome and I bought this amazing GMC three-quarter ton pick up. It’s gonna be perfect for pulling my travel trailer. RC with a sky cam photo for my photo album along with his wonderful good nature and fun loving way of life made for The best buying experience ever! This is the second car I bought from I-5 motors and I highly recommend them to anyone. Last time I bought my Cadillac and I-5 motors and I swore if ever bought another car it would be from them and I did. I know that buying a car can be nerve-racking, but these people take all the nerves out of it. It was a wonderful experience Craig was amazing with the paperwork and getting things away I wanted him at the price I wanted to pay. They are absolutely fantastic!

Purchased a Eco Diesel RAM 1500 from this outfit; Charlie (salesman) went above and beyond his duties to allow my Son and I to drive off with this Pick up. Craig and Charlie worked as good team to ensure I got value for my trades ins and cashed out close -to walk out without a car payment!!!

I recently purchased a beautiful Range Rover from I-5 Motors. The associate who helped me find my car was, Bill. He was very personable, straight forward and patient. Within a few hours I was driving away in my new car. Bill worked with me to get into the car I wanted, with a monthly car payment I could afford. the finance department found a bank who would finance my car at a 2.6% interest rate. if you prefer a quick and simple buying experience and you are looking to purchase a vehicle, i highly recommend going I-5 Motors! We set out to find the right car for me, after visiting a few dealerships and seeing firsthand what they felt were superb deals on questionable cars, I was very sad. I recieved a text from Jessy at I-5 Motors. We stopped by on the way home and to my amazement it turned out to be the best car buying experience ever. Jessy had us test drive a few different cars ,explained the process of buying from this beautiful lot and stayed with us even after they closed to make sure our deal was OK. The inside of this place is a collection of some of the most BEAUTIFUL CARS one most likely will never have the privilege of actually seeing in a life time. We had our 2 grandkids with us and the I-5 Staff was incredible they let the kids check out the cars and included them in the experience. There were 3 people who work there that stayed with us long after they closed,owed, the very sweet gentleman who's day off it was who got us our deal and the very kind gentleman who's dealership it was. Everyone focus on helping us get the car we wanted.....which by the way was one I never thought I'd own and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be a returning customer when we are ready to upgrade to another very beautiful car. The car we bought by the way is the AMAZING LEXUS ES350, this car is everything I've ever dream of. I've always been a Cadillac girl but this car is definitely the newest live of my life.

I called this i v Motors dealership three times to make sure the car I wanted to drive and Infiniti G37 was ready and available to test drive I arrive there after 8 hour and a half drive from Silverdale to find out from a very rude RC sales person that the car was not there and in the shop somewhere they never help me find another car or offered in the apology or in every way acted in an ethical way they're the worst experience I've had in shopping for a car
