    Immediate and prompt hospitality provided after my sales inquiry into the 2016 LR4 Landmark Edition in Waitomo Grey. Richard Grzesiak, a 27 year sales professional, emailed and called the same day of my request; answered my questions, arranged possible financing and confirmed availability of the vehicle. (No run-around, no doubts, no questioning of the process). I recommend Richard (and Chantilly) to anyone in the country looking to purchase their next Rover!

    I recently purchased a pre-owned Jaguar from Sean at Jaguar of Chantilly. My over all experience was very smooth and pleasant the moment Sean greeted me he was knowledgeable and allowed me to make an informed decision. He walked me through the process and stayed late to make sure I know everything about my new jaguar xf. I highly recommend to dealership to anyone who are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle and go see Sean. BEST CAR BUYING EVER!!

    I visited this dealership early October to test a used Lexus they had received and held on their lot for 60 days. It was supposedly tested and verified for over 100 items being in certified working order. Almost immediately I found one feature that did not work, and yet I enjoyed the test drive and the car was nice. I asked several questions which Sean could not answer, and I was told that since it was 7pm on a Friday, there was no Manager around to answer or tell him if they would accept a lower offer on the price. This was disappointing as it was a long ride out there and I was very seriously interested. So I left my name and phone #, but the next day, even after several attempts to contact Sean, I heard nothing. I also e-mailed him with various questions, and made an offer only $1500 below what the car was priced at, now it appears to be less than $1000 off from the price they are asking. Would you believe I still didn't hear from Sean the next day, now 48 hours had passed and no call regarding the questions of original asking, or the offer, or any thank you as most sales folks do, to show their appreciation for your coming in! Finally after much ado, Sean wrote back with what seemed a cold and uninterested cover-letter, and answered a few questions ("No, the car doesn't come with a spare", "No, there is no voice command or wind blocker"), and the gist of my main concern was answered as, "No, we were not able to fix the non-working feature". (memory seats for the driver) In addition he added, "Our sales are final, no return policy". Well that's great, they advertise this car as passing a 100+ point inspection, and right off I find one large issue! Not to mention that he never addressed my offer to buy the car slightly lower than the invoice price. There was never any follow-up, no apologies or statement that perhaps in the near future they could fix the one issue, no option that if they lowered their price at some point, they would love to call me... JUST nothing. Again, there was never any call-back following my visit, to discuss my $$-offer... I was understandably floored and VERY turned of by this dealership in the end. What a poor choice of sales people they have hired!!

    I will make a long story short. i almost traveled to Virginia to buy a car that had a clean carfax but had been in a wreck. i feel the salesman (Richard) and the dealership knew the car had been wrecked. A mobile mechanic (auto analyst) saved me a trip.

    Worst Use Cars salesperson ever - Amir Malik was helpful at first having a car I was interested in taken to a local dealer for one of my mechanic friends to check it for me. It's when I told him that I did not want to buy it, is when I saw a completely different person. All because it obviously had rear damage. Undercarriage was destroyed, trunk not lining up with bumper, and bumper missing clips. He immediately started yelling at me accusing me that I stole parts from the car. He told me that I was a waste of his time. Extremely rude and hung up the phone on my face. he threaten me if there were parts missing he would call the police? I was in complete disbelieve to get treated this way. I have a government job, I will not ruin my career to do such thing! Please beware from this dealer as I read other reviews on here that they do try to sell cars that had been in accidents, also NEVER trust CarFax 100%. not everything gets reported to them.
