This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I think I have ever encountered. I purchased my new S60 from Ali Khalil, who gave me a phenomenal deal!... Ali was extremely responsive to my texts and emails, assuring me of all the little details that I kept asking him about. Due to living 2 hours away from the dealership, and not having anyone available to drop me off at the dealership (I didn't trade my current vehicle in and wanted to drive the new one home that night), Ali set me up with a complimentary Uber ride there! Once I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Ali who showed me my new car first thing as he wanted to make sure I was happy with it. Once we were in the office, he reviewed the terms of my lease, nothing of which changed from our texts and emails. While I waited for the finance manager, Ali offered to order dinner for me from the restaurant operated by Galpin that is directly across the street. Once I was called to finance, I was met by J. Chick, who couldn't have been any more friendly. Everything went smoothly and before I knew it, I was sitting in my new car with Ali, who stayed after hours to so he could go over all of the features and settings. The entire experience was extremely easy, painless and fun. When I am in the market again, I will definitely give Galpin and Ali my business, and will refer friends and family to them as well.
I have been a Galpin customer for a number of years and am impressed with the excellent customer service they provide. I adore Steve Rodgers. He truly... is awesome. He is very knowledgeable; follows-up with me to make sure everything is going well; and has great ideas and suggestions. I recently purchased a Volvo from him, and I love it. He's also a really good person. Todd in service is terrific too-he serviced my previous car, and I plan on taking my new car to him for servicing. A real added bonus for me: Steve is an animal advocate. And Galpin hosted an event to benefit animals. Steve, Todd and Galpin get an A+ from me.

Very impressed with this dealership! Justin and Jeremy went out their way to accommodate my needs and showed great patience and flexibility with my indecisiveness... ;) They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personalized, attentive buying experience. (They even have a Starbucks and a kid's playroom for which we were given several free tokens!) Great dealership.

Mr. Felder has a way of making you feel like your... the only cilent even though we know eveyone who steps in the door gravitates to him. He's professional and makes sure he offers the best for each client and not a stock serivce offering, and he does it with a sincere smile!!! Brought in our V90 CC for a mystery sound on the interior and also to ask about adjusting the driver door handle. I told the service writer that it was... taking a lot of force for me to open the door. He then proceeded to open the door with ease (and make a show of it just to emphasize) with a look on his face that said "What are you talking about?" And then I stated it could not be adjusted. (Wrong.) When the mystery sound turned out to be a loose pen on the floor underneath the driver seat, I was practically scolded over the phone. "It's a good thing we didn't have to pull up the carpeting or you would have been charged," the same guy said. Never have I been treated in such a misogynistic, condescending manner. I told Galpin management (via a survey they sent after) and I got no response.
Sales rep constantly showing attitude, talking like he owns the place and stepping his foot down. Calm down , this isnt a Bentley dealership. Going to... Culver City.
The level of service that I received from the service manager Robert Sardariani was impeccable! This guy went above and beyond to make sure that I was... satisfied and well taken care of. Great attitude great service, and a pleasure to deal with. Just wanted to say thanks again Robert!

Never had such a pleasurable experience leasing a car as last weekend at Galpin Volvo. Bright, spotless dealership, professional, well-groomed, welcoming... staff. My sales guy, Richard Molina, was the best- made the exact deal I wanted on the exact car I wanted, happen! I highly recommend this dealership.
