Great salesman - bad dealer customer service.

Great salesman, very kind. However, not good follow up service from dealer. Difficult to get my moms new plates. First said they did not mail them, then sent us and outdated form saying it cost $20. Then sent a new form saying it was $35. I recently bought a Honda for almost half the price of the jeep. Dealer sent the plates for free to me 2 weeks prior to temp expiration.


When in to get roof fix

Bad service retun car all dirty and they had for 1 month and now they want me wait till may so they can clean it

Awesome dealership!!!

I bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude yesterday from Harry Palmer sales rep. He was super sweet, extremely knowledgeable of the Jeep brand. He went through and explained every little piece of my Jeep that I was purchasing! He even threw in Jeep fun facts! There was no pressure in buying! Their prices were very fair. Everyone I dealt with in the dealership was really nice. No one likes dealing with car salesman, but Harry made the process so easy and quick! They also made it very safe to shop, they followed all Covid safety standards too! Definitely buy another vehicle for this dealership in the future! Thanks Harry!!

Best customer service!

How many people do you know that would drive 16 hours one way to buy a car ? When your dealing with Kristina Melendy and/or Michael Melendy it's not even a question especially when your getting both of them together. They make the process so smooth you don’t dread going to the dealer. No headaches, never rushed, and no surprises when signing. I’ve been buying cars from them for 12 years and I will never go to anyone else!



I bought a preowned Cherokee here. My salesman Brandon, was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He respected my wishes to go home and sleep on it. Had a great experience here with everyone I dealt with


Poor service

Poor customer service in the parts and service dept. will never go back. Rather travel to the Princeton Jeep dealer where they are actually helpful. Worth the drive for better care.


Finance Manager (Harry) was a Condescending Jerk

I wanted to help my daughter lease a new Jeep. She went in to test drive a Jeep Wrangler and have them look at her currently leased Jeep. Then the finance manager, the salesman and my daughter called me to discuss terms. The finance manager told me he would take care of my "disposition fee". I didn't realize I had a disposition fee on the currently leased Jeep so I asked about that. He said "Did you ever lease a vehicle before"....I responded "yes, many times". And he said "And you don't know what a disposition fee is" (in a condescending way). I didn't like the way he said it....but I let it go giving him the benefit of the doubt and not wanting to over react. But later, my daughter informed me that when he said that....he also looked at his salesman and raised his arms as if to say "xxx" and rolled his eyes as if to suggest I was an idiot (by the way, I am a professional, educated, business owner....I just was unaware that I had a disposition fee at the end of the current lease). That man (his name is Harry) had the nerve to show that type of disrespect in front of my daughter. I would not do business with him if it were the last Jeep Wrangler on earth. By the way....I found a much better deal on a Jeep Wrangler elsewhere!!!
