Misled by sales agent on several issues, condition of

Misled by sales agent on several issues, condition of 2019 Sierra had several defects that were not disclosed when I specifically asked "ARE THERE ANY PROBLEMS" with this truck, prior to purchase agreement.

Awesome dealership

Bought a new vehicle from there today. People are super nice and worked to get us what we needed without all the double talk smoke and mirrors we've experienced at other places we've dealt with. Nick is honest and knowledgeable in sales , and we highly recommend him. Great buying experience.

Just want to thank Joey the service writer and the crew

Just want to thank Joey the service writer and the crew who worked on my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado truck with Duramax engine . Took it in to see if they could find the the noise it’s making and it was making me nervous driving it . I asked Joey if the diesel teck could go on a drive to here the noise . But he said they normally don’t do that , but Joey said he’d go with me on a ride . He said no problem they’ll find we’re the noise is coming from and fix it . I sure was impressed when he called me the first day said they hadn’t found it but there on it and going to find it . The next day Joey called me and said they found it . It was my A/C compressor so after replacing it there’s no more noise so Joey was true to his word . Thank you very much Joey for the good service and workmanship at fixing my truck . I highly recommend taking you car/ truck to Gordon chevrolet Again thank you Eric

Group of Liers and Idiots. No Patience with eith

No one there knows what is going on. Sales Manager Brett for Used Car sales is a lier does not keep his word. The entire sales staff are oblivious. Nigel has no clue I was in contact with the team for a used vehicle for several days. Originally i am told it is available I was told what was needed to purchase the vehicle. I take off work run around get the certified check drive all the way there just to be told a DEPOSIT TO HOLD FOR 24 HOURS had been put down to hold the vehicle the night before as a favor to someone that use to work there. I had been told for 4 days the vehicle was available. My question is Who takes a hold deposit for a vehicle now days. Now the call I was promised to get from Brett never came at the end of the 24 hours so I call the dealership ask if the vehicle is available I was told yes again and i specificallyask was there a hold on it again i was told NO it was available. Now I'm told the 24 hour hold is going into a 48 hour hold on the vehicle. I asked Brett for the Owner or General Manager to contact me. Again I've been lied to by Brett. I'm sure a the good ratings this dealership has is obviously from their friends they do favors for. Just poor and unprofessional customer service team.

We understand your frustration and apologize for the poor communication you received from us. This vehicle was ultimately sold to the first person who came to the store and committed to purchase it. He was the brother of the previous owner who had recently died. Due to these very special circumstances, instead of taking immediate delivery, we agreed to hold the vehicle until an issue with his trade-in could be resolved. Unfortunately, our system was not updated to show the vehicle “on hold,” and our team members were not notified to alert you ahead of your visit. However, when you arrived at the store, we realized what had happened and told you up front that we had a deposit on the car, but were still waiting for the trade-in resolution. Once we knew the outcome of this, we immediately called you. (Brett was not working that day.) Again, we apologize that our internal miscommunication caused you so much trouble. It was certainly not intended.

I've been waiting a week to get an answer on whether or not a part is covered under warranty I've gone through the website and spoke with the little bubble I've spoke with someone over the phone both people told me a team of people were going to look into it and get back with me I'm still waiting 7 days later

$5,000 availability surcharge.

Tried to buy a new truck with a price listed online. When I called to discuss with a salesman, after 30 minutes of giving info, he quoted a price that was $5,000 higher than the online price. He said it was an availability charge. Three other Chevy dealerships I am talking to did not have this charge. You have been warned.

All in stock vehicles are clearly priced on our website including the market adjustment, if any. Vehicles that are not available yet, but incoming from the factory, will be reviewed and priced to reflect any dealer installed options or packages that are added to the vehicle once it actually arrives. This may include wheels, running boards, bed liners, paint sealant and more. Those decisions are made when the vehicle is delivered to us. Units that are in high demand and have low availability may have a price adjustment commensurate with the market. Currently, all of our in inventory units are priced below retail with one exception, a Silverado Trail Boss. That truck’s price is clearly stated on our website.
