Service without an appointment
I had a warning light come on during my drive to Dubuque on a Friday evening. I showed up at the dealership Satruday morning without an appointment but the service manager said they wouild take a look and see what the problem was. They idenified the problem within 5 minutes and offered to put the new part in and have it completed that morning. They were great even though I'm sure my showing up disrupted their schedules.

2011 Avalon
I recently traded in my 09 Camry. My original intent was to purchase / lease a 2012 Camry. The people at Anderson Weber were so engaging and courteous that I leased a 2011 Avalon. This is my 6th vehicle from Anderson Weber. I have always found them to be knowledgeable courteous and thoughtful throughout the process. I would Strongly recommend the entire dealership.

I have only bought one vehicle from Anderson weber, but I continue to have my vehicles serviced there. They are superb when it comes to EVERYTHING customer service related!! They just get it right the first time!! Even though I own a HONDA, they treat me just as well as if I just bought a NEW car from them!!!! No place around can top them!!

New to the Mid-West
My husband and I just moved to Iowa from California and were in dire need of a car/truck that would handle well in the winter. We were recommended by my father in law to check out this dealership since he has had GREAT experiences with them. We worked with Chris in Sales and he was fabulous! We decided right away that we were interested in a new car and thought we would check out the new trucks. It didn't take long for us to choose... however the specific truck we were looking for was not in stock at the dealership. Chris found us the exact truck we were looking for at another dealership. We are now the proud new owners of a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. Working with Chris was what made our experience as delighful as it was. We will be back in the future to purchase another car :o)
