Sebastian ignored all of my requests which ended with my car in worse condition as the left blinker still not working and now interior lights not functioning so whatever they did failed and I’ve gotten no response after letting them know how I received my car. Unacceptable and very unprofessional

Worst service!
Worst service! In May, I visited this dealership because BMW sent an e-mail about complimentary “Plug and Charge” software available for my 2024 i4 M50. The service department didn’t know anything about it and I even had to forward the e-mail from BMW to them. Bottom line - I wasted 3 hours because they couldn’t figure out what to do. Complained to BMW. Recently, they sent another e-mail and assured me that my dealership had everything they needed. I scheduled an appointment for this and another issue at 7:30. A few hours later out comes my advisor. They don’t know anything about “Plug and Charge”. Again, I had to forward the latest e-mail from BMW. Later, they are having “connectivity issues” with my car. I sat in the waiting room for 9 hours and was told I could either leave the car there overnight or make another appointment. Ugh! No shuttle. No loaners available. They DID offer to get me an Uber home. I walked the five miles instead to de-stress. Next day - around noon, my car is ready. No offer of a ride. No worries. I’ll hoof it. Got my car. The paperwork for the appointment only lists what I said - not what they did. Did they even install the software? (Spoiler alert - they did. I found it in my apps) - but I doubted it because of how shady they’ve been. No complimentary wash or anything to compensate me. My car was given to me — seat moved and some radio station I don’t listen to on. Nothing like getting in your car and feeling like it’s not your car. I’m 5’9 so it wasn’t necessary for somebody to disturb my seat position and back adjustment to pull it in the garage or even do a short test drive. No paper protector on the floor mat, or anything. Geoffrey (service advisor) was nice enough. The waiting room was okay, too. But I may drive the 90 miles to the BMW dealer in Augusta if this place can’t provide proper, timely service. You spend $75k on a car…and I get to hear about how my girlfriend gets good service and a complimentary wash with her used Mazda CX-5. This dealership’s service is not befitting of a luxury brand.
