It's always a pleasure doing business with the service department. Each representative I've encountered have been very professional, customer service oriented, knowledgeable, and provides an experience that pairs well with my ultimate driving machine. I am treated like family not a customer. I've called the customer service department and always greeted with respect and compassion. The personnel at this dealership justify why I am a loyal BMW buyer. Please keep it up and this dealership will flourish beyond words.

Today’s visit was awful.
Today’s visit was awful. I went there to have my battery checked and I was there three hours. I had to ask for service manager to ask a few questions, he was very friendly and listened. But I did not feel very satisfied with the answer he gave me. When I first arrived and said what I was there for I did not get any information on the charges for what I was there for. Throughout my time there I was not updated on what was happening. I texted my service adviser at 2:38pm she never received back to me , finally at 3:41pm I received an automated response about the inspection of my vehicle and where to review the inspection. So, I walked out of there paying $641 for battery replacement. Most importantly after receiving the inspection review I noticed that there were things on the multi-point inspection report that was not right and I was totally not satisfied with the response from the manager.
