These guys have no idea what "appointment time" means. Appointment at 230p. Check-in text from tech at 225p. Video of items checked sent at 357p and said technician would speak to us shortly. "Shortly" ended up being another 62 minutes later.

After having several dealers looking for an XlM similar
After having several dealers looking for an XlM similar to my needs with little success, Columbia found a car for me but after 4 days they would not release the car. Bryce Arney had been working with me. We had agreed that if this car did not come through, I would just build what I wanted. Bryce tracked the car for me. When it came it he did everything to facilitate the purchase. I am now the owner of a new BMW X1M!

My Tech and his trainee were great.
My Tech and his trainee were great. They made me feel welcome and kept me informed. There was no other customers being waited on at the desk. My Tech smiled said hello and told me that I would be waited on when my keys got in by the guy moving my car up. A few minutes later my Tech told me come on over he'd take care of me instead. He introduced his trainee and explained BMW of Columbia process. Now the wait was EXTREMELY LONG... I got to my 9am appointment at 845am, I left at a little after 12. I almost needed lunch! Maybe there is a compensation for the amount of time spent on such a prestigious vehicle. I choose, Columbia not wanting to travel to Charlotte NC, although I could've gotten a rental instead there and felt better shopping or what have you. But I can't thank my Tech enough for his compassion and apologies when I brought up the concern.

I was not happy with my service appointment today.
I was not happy with my service appointment today. As soon as I drove away from the dealership, my vehicle service check due light came on. I literally just had my car serviced. Not happy!
