I was not happy with my service appointment today.

I was not happy with my service appointment today. As soon as I drove away from the dealership, my vehicle service check due light came on. I literally just had my car serviced. Not happy!

Morgan was excellent to work with. She answered all my questions and had several vehicles for me to test drive base in what I wanted in a vehicle.

It's always a pleasure doing business with the service department. Each representative I've encountered have been very professional, customer service oriented, knowledgeable, and provides an experience that pairs well with my ultimate driving machine. I am treated like family not a customer. I've called the customer service department and always greeted with respect and compassion. Today’s visit was awful.

Today’s visit was awful. I went there to have my battery checked and I was there three hours. I had to ask for service manager to ask a few questions, he was very friendly and listened. But I did not feel very satisfied with the answer he gave me. When I first arrived and said what I was there for I did not get any information on the charges for what I was there for. Throughout my time there I was not updated on what was happening. I texted my service adviser at 2:38pm she never received back to me , finally at 3:41pm I received an automated response about the inspection of my vehicle and where to review the inspection. So, I walked out of there paying $641 for battery replacement. Most importantly after receiving the inspection review I noticed that there were things on the multi-point inspection report that was not right and I was totally not satisfied with the response from the manager.

It took a long time for them to look at my car and determine what was wrong with it. They kept my car for over three days and did not offer a rental.
