I was not happy with my service appointment today. As soon as I drove away from the dealership, my vehicle service check due light came on. I literally just had my car serviced. Not happy!

Today’s visit was awful.
Today’s visit was awful. I went there to have my battery checked and I was there three hours. I had to ask for service manager to ask a few questions, he was very friendly and listened. But I did not feel very satisfied with the answer he gave me. When I first arrived and said what I was there for I did not get any information on the charges for what I was there for. Throughout my time there I was not updated on what was happening. I texted my service adviser at 2:38pm she never received back to me , finally at 3:41pm I received an automated response about the inspection of my vehicle and where to review the inspection. So, I walked out of there paying $641 for battery replacement. Most importantly after receiving the inspection review I noticed that there were things on the multi-point inspection report that was not right and I was totally not satisfied with the response from the manager.
