I am a returning customer with Royal Oak Ford and am very pleased once again. I was provided outstanding customer service and Mason/James worked with me and answered all of my questions. James went over and beyond with helping me due to my unique situation. Coffee and water was offered and I felt valued during the entire process.

Employees were welcoming, kind, and the environment was pleasant. Jackie was amazing and helped me to find a vehicle pretty quick and provided me with an abundance of resources. Customer service was phenomenal, I love the car that was chosen for and I?m going to continue being a customer. Thank you Jackie and Ford Conpany for making this a wonderful experience.

I would never buy or lease a Craplorer again. The MPG is horrible at 16.7MPG after 3 weeks. MY F150 did at least 21.5. Seat are incredibly uncomfortable and already my back is hurting. Also the new technology has some bugs, you have to fight with the vehicle at all times with the active 4WD. Just a suck car, would never purchase again.
