Devin is an amazing guy to work with. His customer service is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and had no problem answering any questions I had. Devin is very polite and professional. I would recommend him and this shop to anyone!!!! Definitely will be back when my lease is up!!

Devin is the man! Beyond thankful I went through him!
I took my time getting out of a lease and was on and off about turning it in early. Once I made the decision to go ahead I then had a lot of questions. 2018 Ford Explorer
Devin worked extremely quick and effeciently to not only get me into the car I wanted, but to do away with the 6 months I still had on my current lease while still managing to get me into the price range that I said I was comfortable with for my new Explorer. His honesty and determination will keep me coming back for all future vehicles/maintenance. I highly recommend working with him at Royal Oak Ford!!

Great service
I was trying to lease a new ford edge, and Devin is very helpful. He is always keep close contact with me to know what is my requirement. And he always stands at the side of the customers and tries his best to meet customer's requirement. Also he is a very energetic guy and always has smile on his face. It is a nice experience and next time I will also choose him if possible.
