We were fortunate enough to be referred to Devin Carrier to navigate the purchase of our new Escape. Devin was informative, confident, approachable and worked as our advocate. When our purchase became more emergent when we experienced a car accident, he worked with my husband on a Sunday via text, email and phone to line up our Monday purchase. He was patient and reassuring when teaching about our new car. Experience was absolutely top notch.

Great experience. We had a low-key, no pressure salesman Devin who was knowledgeable and understood immediately our needs and requirements. They were very patient until we had our paperwork ready. Transactions, vehicle pickup, and paperwork were very quick and easy. The conversations via text were very easy with Devin. Couldn't ask for a smoother or more seamless buying experience. although royal oak ford is only the second dealer I have had to work with it is a very good one to go to. I initiated conversations with Devin Carrier via text and he was very nice and patient to talk with me about my options and what I'm looking for in a car. I told him I was looking for a deal on a ford escape and found a few I liked. came in to look at a 17 model year escape that I thought I could afford and walked away with more than I expected for less than the used model. The whole team, Devin and Don went the extra mile to get me in a vehicle. My credit was under 600, they found a finance way that fit my credit rating and help me to DRIVE away in a brand new vehicle. In September of 2017, I was looking for a car, not ready to buy, I called and talked to Devin, in December Devin called to see if I was ready. In February I received a call from Devin again. This time I was ready, but my credit wasn't. I told Devin, he said don't worry, that he would try several avenues to get me in a car. It took him 9 hours work (in between his other customers) one day and 3 hours the next. Devin in his job is very caring about his customers. He's persistent, goal driven, patient and kind.

My salesperson was Heather Miller. We had already been in contact before I came in, so she knew what I wanted and had a few cars ready for me to try. Heather was very helpful in the process, compassionate, caring and she took the time to listen to my needs. I did not feel bullied, pressured or rushed at all. Heather was able to get what I wanted and the finance guy Don was able to get me financed at a great rate and payment. They were both beyond amazing and I would refer anyone to work with them. Outstanding service. Heather Miller went above and beyond to make sure I was able to purchase a vehicle ASAP after my previous car was totaled. She is AMAZING!! It really put me at ease while dealing with my recent accident to know Heather was doing everything she could to make the purchase as easy as possible. Everyone that dealt with the actual closing was extremely fast, efficient and friendly.
