have been going to Moran Chevy for service because they
have been going to Moran Chevy for service because they offer car loaners if your vehicle needs to be kept overnight or longer.thats a big plus because my 97 yr old mother in law lives with us an cant be left alone and i have no one to assist me in returning home {{plus they offer free coffee and donuts in the AM}

Service department did not inform customer of GM Service
Service department did not inform customer of GM Service Bulletin covering accelerated tire wear. As a result customer was 17 days pass coverage period. Dealership Service Manager stated that Factory Representative indicated that coverage date is firm and no deviation is permitted. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Customer service Lies and Disrespect
I am very disappointed in this dealership. After being a return customer, I was disappointed that this dealership was comfortably lying to me about a part that I thought was ordered at my previous oil change (April 26), but was not ordered until I called an inquire and schedule another oil change (November 15). I am beyond angry! The service person on the call - Carol was not helpful and extremely rude and disrespectful. She was quipped when I inquired about the blind side part and did not seem to want to investigate. I asked to speak to someone else, and she put me on hold for more than 5 minutes. I hung up and called back. The other person was more polite, but she said my part was ordered, but apparently, they only ordered it when I made the call. I am now inconvenienced. Knowing that I have to return to have this part installed is disappointing. I delayed my oil change so I would not have to make several trips. Now thanks to the neglect and lack of customer care, I will have to return to get a part for my car that should have been there all along. My car is over 1 year old.
